Best place to come with family to spend quality time. Breathtaking view. Food was excellent. Mr. Adnan his staffs were very polite and very nice. Best service altogether. I'll surely come again, no doubt. Highly recommended heritage houseboat in Nigeen Lake , Srinagar Kashmir.

It's very different experience, you will experience like king or Queen while staying here, it's so fabulous, now i am regretting why i had booked this only for one night ,from next time i will definitely choose Akabr group of heritage houseboat for all days , Its highly recommended to stay in Akbar houseboat because this experience you cant feel anywhere else ...

The staff here is really sweet and welcoming. The house boat is really very pretty and the ambience is sooo beautiful. The food was good too and they provided us with evening tea which was very soothing as well as refreshing. Adnan and Sahil were both very helpful and welcoming providing us insights into the rich cultural aspects of Kashmir. We are glad to have them as our host :) Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful experience with Akbar Group of Heritage houseboats: special care, wonderful experience with a shikara welcome, beautiful houseboat interiors and great food. Mr Adnaan has also arranged a taxi and stay at ******** which was also superb and great experience. Highly recommended and I shall definitely visit again.

This place is a hidden gem. You’ll for sure enjoy it. Recommending you to stay atleast 2 nights for you to really experience what house boats are…..I was in a family houseboat the whole boat is for you and the interior is so traditional🤌🤌…even the overall service was good Of Mr. Adnan and staff they did great job and gave us comfortable and happy stayed.. We checked in very late but still they provided us the dinner which usually hotels don’t do….Highly recommended

It was a wonderful experience.. an own heritage house like a boat .. we enjoyed a lot with our family.. wonderful food and warm people around .. good hospitality..clean and wonderful atmosphere..thoroughly enjoy the stay ..Adnan and the staffs Zahoor and the person take care our food hillal give us comfortable stay and tasty food… Highly Recommended AKBAR GROUP OF HERIATGE HOUSEBOATS.. I am highly recommend this, best boat house which I stayed.the persons here were very kind and helps us too much which make us too safe and comfortable.and the food which I ate here is homemade, healthy and delicious. I can tell more and more but I want to tell the person who arranged our travel Adnan was very kind and hardworker. The driver who driveded with us was too helpful and cared me so much and guided us what to do next. When you come here visit and stay here too comfortable.

Service is very nice. I am highly recommended to everyone to stay whenever you will come to Srinagar.Also Mr.Adnan,the Owner of the Akbar Group of Heritage is very nice person and also help us for arranging home made south Indian foods which is very delicious and service is very nice.
