Location is good, food is quite expensive, amenities are okay - our washroom faucet wasn’t working and AC also, services is okay, no ventilation in washrooms.

Amazing food. Superb views of dal lake. The staff and hospitality is excellent . Highly recommended. The Lal chowk market is very near as well

The stay was amazing and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nice. The hotel is centrally located so it’s very easy to go around and see places. Will definitely stay here whenever I visit Kashmir next time.

It was a nice experience, hotel staff is very helpful, hotel is very close to the main market area, can walk to ghanta ghar and lak chowk. back side of the hotel has a nice view of the river and trees.

I would say Average as on both occasions the telephone in one of the rooms wasn’t working and can get irritating when u urgently need something from housekeeping,also water began to clog in one of the bathrooms,on mentioning these at the front desk on check out the least they had to say was yes n agreed to wat was faulty.The hotel shows a 4 star rating I guess and is not up to that mark,rooms sure are big n clean BUT the rooms facing the front side always have this food smell coming from the exhaust of the hotels kitchen which can get uncomfortable for guest specially who are vegetarians,it’s the smell of Non veg to be more precise and you can’t have ur windows open if ur looking for some fresh air.Also the sound of these exhaust fans is consistent since early morning to late night till the restaurant shuts.the café run by them downstairs is sure a must try I would say.
