The hotel was booked by our travel partner as a replacement of the scheduled one due to unavoidable circumstances. Our trusted partner booked one category and the front office played smart. Gave us a very tiny room. Upon asking for a bigger room, they said it wasn’t available. A few phone calls later it suddenly became available. Transparency issues. The rooms don’t have any sort of carpeting . The centralized heating doesn’t work. Both of these are non negotiable in sub zero (like AC/Fan in summer). They provided a small room heater which barely warmed the hands. There was electric mattress though. Cleanliness was below average all around. We somehow spent the night there. There is a breakfast provision which is totally forgettable. We initially had 2 nights but that one night was enough and we checked out at the earliest the next AM.

The breakfast is boring and the toileteries are not kept fresh. View from window of room 4004 opens to a blank wall. Only the front arrival hall looks good. Kitchen and restaurant are worthless.

Very good service and food quality is so good even staff is so supportive..we recommand to enjoy your Holidays when you will visit to Kashmir.. Ambience is so good we really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Royal Batoo..Manager Mr. Iqbal Khan is very helpful and cooperative and polite. We enjoyed our 3 days stay.

Amazing experience @Hotel Royal Batoo. Staff is really supportive and kind enough to adhust customer need. Manager Iqbal Khan coordination with guests and staff was excellent. Overall great experience and gad great time over here. Looking forward the same hotel as a preference here in Srinnagar.. Thank you for all efforts and support.!!

Excellent stay! Centrally located pretty close to daal lake Ambience was v nice V cordial staff... Instant room service.. Great food.. The breakfast buffet spread was v nice. Cosy and comfortable rooms In the chilly weather the heater is most important and we were very sorted with that as well. Thank you

Location is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Seemed to be a favorite choice of travel agents as we saw many from thomas cook package and the likes. Food is average. Nothing extraordinary. All in all you could go for it. Wifi is not very good. Though you could just manage to get the signals
