Fraud at Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur We experienced an issue where our booking was cancelled by the hotel. Upon contacting the hotel, the shift executive, Nitish, not only cancelled our booking without explanation but also refused to listen to our concerns. We attempted to reach the hotel four times via their landline, each time encountering the same individual, Nitish, who disconnected the call. Subsequently, when we spoke to the hotel's duty manager, Premanth, who spoke in Tamil, he too behaved inappropriately and was verbally abusive. Fortunately, we were able to secure accommodation at the newly constructed Mercure nearby; otherwise, this incident at Marriott would have significantly disrupted our business trip. We had considered hosting a delegation from AMSL, a semiconductor company, in Chennai but have decided against using this hotel for such events in the future.
