Biarritz Hotel

Hotel Biarritz is perfectly located, right on the magnificent beach of St Brelade’s and with a bus stop for getting around the island at the end of the drive. It attracts an older clientele and its decor is perhaps more in keeping with that demographic, but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our double room had a small balcony and terrace and looked fresh and inviting, was peaceful and had a super comfy bed. One of the nicest things about the hotel is its staff. From all over the world - Georgia, Kenya, Azerbaijan - they are unfailingly polite, helpful and smiling. We didn’t eat in the hotel as there were many nice beachside cafes and restaurants, but we heard positive comments from other guests. The terrace is a nice place to relax with a drink on an evening. We were blessed with incredible weather during our stay which highlighted the need for air conditioning. Our room was uncomfortably hot on a couple of days, even with the fan on full blast, as it got full sun during the day. . I do hope the hotel considers installing it, as it is the only improvement it requires. All in all, a very friendly and pleasant place to stay, and represents good value as Jersey is more expensive than the mainland.

Lovely hotel in excellent position -bus stops just outside - with fine views from our room. The staff were the tops - friendly and efficient. Rooms and public spaces clean and welcoming. Our only slight irritation was the constant music - bit intrusive - not out syle!1. Food very good and varied - we intended to go out to eat - but had 95% in the hotel. Position is great - access to beach and lovely walks in all directions. Excellent!

Wonderful stay in a large bedroom with balcony and sea view, most comfortable bed. Staff very attentive and meals good. A very well situated hotel in St Brelades which retains a charming atmosphere. Buses run on time and exploring the southern part of Jersey was easy ( we were only there four days)

We didn't stay at this hotel but after seeing their sign on the promenade with details of the restaurant we decided to have dinner there. This was an excellent choice. The staff were very friendly and attentive and Shiela, our waitress for the evening could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We were lucky to be given a table overlooking the bay below the hotel which was beautiful. The restaurant is well worth a visit.

Stayed here with 5 friends for a weekend break. Fabulous welcome from lovely Liz on reception on Friday evening. Ours rooms were lovely, clean and fresh. Adequate towels, toiletries & drinks. Beautiful views over the bay. Breakfast was delicious, Sheila our waitress was exceptional Our flight back to Manchester was cancelled on the Sunday night, we rebooked Sunday night and the staff couldn’t have been nicer on our return. We had dinner in the restaurant that night and it was absolutely delicious. Amer, Shelia, Rose, Bruno & Liz plus all the other staff really make this hotel a fantastic place to stay in Jersey

Excellent food from breakfast to evening meals. Friendly helpful staff. Great views and easy access to beautiful beach. Clean and well equipped bedroom. Would recommend upgrading to get decent sea view. Very close to airport. Would definitely come again.

Wonderful location, comfortable rooms and leisure area. Friendly, helpful staff. Plus a car park, which is not always the case in Jersey. Regular service from outside the door to St helier (one way) or Cobiere (the other way). Breakfast was a table service and evening meal the same, although the menu was a little uninspiring.

Just had the most wonderful weekend whilst celebrating my best friends wedding, and the staff and the hotel couldn’t have been any better. All the staff were lovely, kind and friendly, a big thank you to everyone. My honourable mentions however have to go to Jason the hotel manager who was so helpful and made so much effort to make sure all our needs were met. Quinton was a super star and came in on his day off to help us pack away. Moses was so lovely and was a pleasure to exchange some friendly banter with over our breakfast. Loads of options for breakfast which was always cooked very well, eggs cooked to order and a lovely spacious dinning hall. Bedrooms were spotless, thoroughly cleaned, I had a gorgeous shower in my single room, and a lovely balcony. I was staying right near the reception but I barely heard a peep, great sound insulation. Not to mention the incredible views from the hotel looking over the beautiful bay, just a minute from the hotel, which offers some of the nicest swimming I’ve ever had in this part of the world, crystal clear and warm(ish) waters, dolphins swimming by, a clean beach without any litter, lovely restaurants and bars along the coast, special mention to Beau Rivage and Eddie the manager. Further along the beach is one of most beautiful, historic churches and fisherman’s cottage, definitely worth a visit. 10/15 minutes walk up the road to the Horse and Hound if you fancy a stunning pub, which has great sports tv facilities on one side, and a quieter more traditional set up on the other, (something for everyone), great fish and chips just around the corner too, which we were allowed to bring into the pub. If I could give them 6 stars I would, boo you trip advisor haha! I hope to stay again soon x

Amazing stay, great staff, incredible view and beach just seconds away, all round fantastic experience at a friends wedding held at the hotel, and it was accommodating in the most friendly and welcome way, would definitely stay again just for a holiday
