Lovely hotel in St clements Jersey. Second visit here. Visited Jersey every year for a long time and stay in different hotels but will always return here. A lovely big room with huge window looking out to sea which was so scenic. Breakfast lovely . Room cleaned every day and overall a great experience. Stayed with my sister. Our room was M3 which was lovely. Could not fault anything here as staff so lovely too. A bit out of town but great bus service outside and a lovely walk in to St Helier if desired. Defo 5 stars in my opinion.

The hotel is located a short walk from the town centre, close to the coastline. The rooms are fairly basic but contain all the essentials. Staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. The cooked breakfast was not great - but the other breakfast options were fine.

The Avocado, Smoked Salmon, and Crab Quenelle was a harmonious blend of flavors, while the Creamed Spinach Tartlet was a warm and comforting vegetarian option. The second course offered a choice of Shellfish Bisque, a rich and aromatic soup, or Raspberry Sorbet, a refreshing palate cleanser—both were sublime. For the main course, the Fillet of Beef Wellington was a standout, with its tender beef encased in golden pastry. The Herbed Lamb Cutlets were cooked to perfection, and the Pan-Fried Turbot was light, flaky, and accompanied by a delightful sauce. For those seeking a vegetarian option, the Vegetable Moussaka with Greek Salad was hearty and flavorful, proving that every guest’s preferences were thoughtfully considered.
