Worst please I have ever been and I am ex flight attendant. The "all inclusive" concept here is to pay for juices, ice cream or anything that doesn't come from machine. The "juices" for kids are chemicals from machine. The spiriy drinks are just few that include this machine. If you want bottle of water -you have to pay. The "snacks" are only on the pool bar and are: one type of biscuit, sandwiches that are not eatable at all!!! And very old left overs from some breakfast few days ago. To the beach you have to walk and pass under the road. The beach by itself is very, very small for that big place and a lot of peaple. There are rooks in the sand and in the sea. You have to buy beach shoes. No good sand beach!!! The pool is closed at 18 o'clock and remains closed to 10 am in the morning. It is the first place I see something like this. 18:00 o'clock!!! It is not even sunset! The food is disgusting..the scrambled eggs are ONLY from powder. No eggs!!! The meat balls are soya not meat. We had to go every evening to the village for dinner! Worst, worst possible place!!!! There is just everything negative about this place. I can't find one positive about this place. Food- worst quality possible Room- smell and weird hight if toilet,no hot water (it is something lukeworm, but never hot) Beach- far from the room where we were and very small and rocky. If you want to feel like fish in a can- that's the place. Pool: working only from 10 am to 6 pm. No all inclusive, you have to pay for everything that is in the normal side.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out times — it really added to the comfort of my stay. For the hospitality alone, I would definitely give 11 out of 10 points! Overall, a very good stay and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

We booked this at short notice and reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about a few things before we got there. I needn’t had. This hotel is excellent. It’s spread out over a hillside and you may be at the top so be aware of that but it is beautiful. The rooms are basic but everywhere is maintained to a very high standard, exceptionally clean. The staff are great and so helpful and friendly. The pool area is brilliant but be warned that the temperature of the pool is absolutely freezing. I have never been in a pool as cold 🤣. The private beach is very close, only 5 mins away and is absolutely gorgeous. I do have a few slightly negative comments…. The food is plentiful and there is a lot of choice but there was a few nights where it was lukewarm to cold. Everything we ate though was delicious. Desserts were just ok. The food around the pool was to be honest quite poor. Little sandwich baps and pastries. But if you’re all inclusive then eat in the restaurant. The salads were fabulous. Weirdly you couldn’t have the full cocktails menu until after 5.30pm. The bar is outside too with some seats in the games room so be aware that at the end of the season it can be chilly on a night. Overall we had an absolutely brilliant time and I’d not hesitate to stay again though I don’t think I’d come at peak season. As it was October it was quiet, we never struggled to get a sunbed which made a nice change! Note that this hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere so there isn’t anywhere to go on a night etc. great for us in this occasion as we wanted to totally chill but if we go back we would hire a car at the airport. I’d definitely recommend this place I’d you want to chill out and relax with beautiful views!
