I loved this place so much, so we ended up using it as our base ❤️ while in Korea
The staff were lovely, they helped book out early morning taxi and gave help with other small problem we had only downside no table in the room but never mind

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und preislich in Ordnung.
Jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sehr zu wünschen übrig, Spinnenreste im Badezimmer, Klebewimpern vom Vorgänger am Tisch und Krümel im Bett. Es gibt keine Steckdosen direkt in Bettnähe und man muss unbedingt einen Adapter dabei haben.

設備比較陳舊，沙發都破了，好在位置很好，旁邊就有停車場，熱水很足，沒有空調，天冷需要自己跟前台要電熱器，服務態度還不錯，價錢相對來説便宜，不適合情侶住

Very helpful staff. Excellent location beside the Staines shopping centre. Surprisingly quiet despite being on a major road. The room was enormous.

Drove past this place though it was an old building. Pulled up in the carpark after driving past slowly and my wife said hope you dont expect me to stay here. The place is a mess they must of took these photos years ago. Dont tell you its next to the railway line. Even the carpark did not look safe. Give this place a wide birth.

We stayed here recently
We left earlier than planned as it was horrendous.
Electrical items not PAC tested, Dirty room, Hot water tap with no water coming from it, no not water for a shower, No air con and room was very hot.
My partner was followed by a creepy person all the way to our car and then back to the room.
Most rooms were filled with people living there, so much so that all staff had active CCTV .
