Arrival: Stefan provided an extremely warm welcome, checked in with no issues and assisted with luggage to our room. Due to late arrival we were offered food from the restaurant even though it was not officially open. Room (family): large, clean, basic with good air con. Ideal for what we needed. One minor issue was resolved within 5 mins of reporting. Pool areas: Adult pool: Very nice, clean, quite a few steps, slippery in places, comfy beds available all day and fresh melon brought round by the staff which was welcome. Drinks and snacks were adequate and always service with a smile from the staff. Kids pool: Bit more outdated sun beds and general look, but more than adequate clean area for fun round the pool. Food: Could not fault, always a decent quality selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Over the space of ten days I was able to easily select a suitable meal. Tables always available and the staff are quick to reconfigure tables to suit group size. Staff: Very friendly and could not do enough for us. They work so hard and provide a great service. Location: 5 min walk to the beach and main strip via underpass. Even better if: Improved evening entertainment schedule Free safe, rather than paying. Free pool towels Would I recommend: Yes for a family holiday or relaxed break in the sun. Certain rooms and areas are not ideal for people who struggle walking up/down steps.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. It wasn’t just a place to stay; it became part of the wonderful memories we created on our holiday. Every member of staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family just recently. Dinners and breakfast were great at the main restaurant with a wide selection of fresh ingredients (we didn’t eat lunch there). The rooms were really clean and spacious and the hotel grounds were well kept. The only thing that could be improved is the children’s entertainment as it was lacking.

I don't often write a review but I would honestly say.. don't listen to the picky moaners!! Like most hotels if you're looking for something to moan about there will always be someone that will. The hotel and it's staff were fab and they genuinely couldn't do enough for you. The food we had was very tasty and a great choice for the size of the hotel. The pool areas were lovely and never had to join a sunbed brigade like most hotels. Never had a problem getting a bed anytime of the day. Rooms very clean our room was 2113. If I came back to this part of Crete I would chose this hotel again.

Just returned today after a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. We were in room 4009, which we could not fault. It was huge and had a huge balcony with great views. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were left as and when we left them in the bathroom. The room was fully air-conditioned, which was needed with the heat. We loved the breakfast. Loads to choose from and the pancakes were just gorgeous. We were not keen on the evening meal, especially the desserts, which tasted of detergent at times. With this in mind, we ate out most evenings. The team here can not be faulted. So polite and friendly and always saying hello as you passed. The bar was ok. My only issue was, as someone who does not drink alcohol, it was fizzy pop all the way. Hopefully, you will consider stocking none alcoholic local lager - there is plenty of them. The only gripe we had was that what we were led to believe was the adult only pool was full of kids of all ages and some where unaccompanied. With limited sunbeds, it often made finding a place to relax difficult, which did annoy us, given the huge pools for families next to our room. Overall, this was a fantastic hotel, and we will be returning next year, having already booked the Katrin Suites later in the year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I booked a twin room with a plunge pool and It was the perfect escape I stayed in room 2001. The hotel is clean, the staff are all amazing and go above and beyond to make your holiday perfect. Dennis in the bar has the patience of a saint and is so great with everyone of all ages. The food was a good standard, very fresh and a nice selection. I had a complimentary massage which was outstanding and so needed. A lovely touch. The location is ideal just a 5 minute walk from the beach and everything you need. I have been to many destinations and this has to be one of my favourites . I can’t recommend it enough.
