Eurohotel Katrin Suites

Had a fantastic stay at Katrin Suites Staff were just amazing from Maria and Raini at reception who were always there to help Zion at the pool bar for the cocktails Restaurant Staff Maids and of course Kostas who was always had a smile. Thanks to you all for making my 60th Birthday so Special😍 from decorating our room to presenting me with a birthday cake in the evening. We will definitely be back

Maria was exceptional, first impressions always counts and she was such a joy and pleasure to meet every time we entered the hotel. Also the rooms were excellent. Booked for 2026 already ❤️

I booked this hotel at the very last minute and am very happy with the decision to visit Crete. Our room/suite was overlooking the pool with a balcony, ideal to sit out on and enjoy a little drink in the late afternoon sun. Inside was well equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, fridge, safe and A/C blowers and Smart TVs in both rooms. The bed was absolutely huge and very comfortable. There's plenty of storage for clothes etc. Shower room was spacious and everywhere was kept spotless. A very nice lady came in every day to clean and tidy etc and another lady again at night for a turndown service. All of the staff and management were very pleasant and very attentive. We stayed on a B&B basis and we were very pleased with the breakfast buffet choices. We prefer to visit local restaurants for evening meals but the menu in the hotel dining area looked very good. Pool is adequate and refreshing, the surrounding area is nice with plenty of sunbeds and there's a covered area by the bar to sit at for drinks and snacks. A short walk (crossing the main road) led you to a supermarket, restaurants, bars and the main strip and beach. The walk to the beach area is around 400 to 500 metres. There's lots of bars, restaurants and shops to visit. This boutique hotel is definitely a very pleasant place to stay with a variety of room sizes and board options. A couple of rooms have their own small pools and bathing areas if you're looking for even quieter times. There's a small gym, hot tub and a massage room. A 25 minute free massage is a very welcome treat that you shouldn't miss out on. I booked the holiday through Jet2, the flight times were a pain and the transfer trip is the usual faff and is about an hour and a half in all but hey ho it's air conditioned and a comfortable ride even though it was late. We will be returning to this excellent retreat (soon).

Excellent service and the food and drinks were amazing. I would definitely come here on holiday again. All the staff were very friendly.

The staff here are absolutely brilliant all the way from reception to the housekeeping restaurant..bar and kostas the manager who is only a young man and is always available..Maria in reception has a very bubbly infectious personality..irina in the restaurant and camila on breakfast make you feel at home..zinon the pool bar manager enjoys his job and does it perfectly..all the other staff who’s names I can’t recall really make your stay a pleasant one

We decided to look for accommodation based on TripAdvisor ratings rather than star ratings and Katrin suites stood out. It definitely delivered! We arrived around midnight and were welcomed by a lovely chap on reception including damp flannels for our hands and a cool drink. Our room was 109 and is in a great position for the lift and has a shared terrace with sunbeds just behind the bar. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We stayed B&B and the selection was great. Hot options brought to your table, omelette, fried egg and pancakes. Other items are buffet. This is a very small hotel so no annoying queueing at the buffet. The pool is quite small but reflects the size of the hotel. The jacuzzi part is lovely. The bar serves a great variety of drinks and the "snacks" are huge. I also enjoyed a fabulous massage. The location of the hotel is perfect if you like to be just away from the busy village. Stalis is lovely with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. We can't speak highly enough of the staff. They are exceptional, so friendly and helpful. We were invited to a feedback meeting with Kostas the manager who genuinely wanted to listen. Overall, an absolutely brilliant week away, very relaxing and with other lovely guests.
