"It was an advantage that it was right next door the Central Lab building. Penong's was also also near and a good alternative to hotel food. A grocer was also nearby so buying essentials was not much of a hassle."

"My daughter and I arrived at the hotel around 10 in the evening. We went straight to the hotel from Davao Airport. Good thing it was late in the evening as we were able to escape the heavy traffic in the city area. The hotel attendant was nice and was able to assist us with our room. He was kind of having a hard time finding our booking, good thing he was able to sort everything out. We got a room on the 3rd floor, we got two beds, and didn't check if the TV was working though. The water pressure in the shower is okay. We have towels and toiletries provided. Air-conditioning is working fine. Just a bit of cleaning needed under the bed. We had a good sleep and went to check out before noon the next day as we needed to catch the bus going to Gen San. Thanks GV Hotel for a safe and sound stay in Davao"

"The shower has low water pressure and it takes time to finish showering. The door swipe key is not working for the third time. My son went to the receptionist for 3rd time, and same problem, still not working. They give me the keys at the 4th time. The room is not sound proof. I can even hear the other room cellphone ringing and the alarm keeps on sounding."

"I booked 2 rooms for our Davao trip. Hotel is located within the city proper,walking distance to Roxas night market, San Pedro Cathedral, City Hall and People's Park.Staff are friendly and helpful,special thanks to Jmaes who assisted us with our morning coffee 😀. Rooms are spacious enough but not so clean,and have faulty faucet in our bathroom and shower leaked in the other room,they did fix it after we complained about it."

"The place seems to be residential so the taxi driver had difficulty searching for the hotel since it was situated inside. The room was not spacious enough as we expected. We have five luggages and we have difficulty in accomodating the space. The bathroom door doesn't have lock. The water in the bathroom is very slow especially the shower. The bed and the bedmaking was presentable."

"initially there was a problem with my booking but was settled immediately. I recomend this place if you are climbing Mt Apo, its near Jollibee Sandawa which is a common pickup point, the wifi is good also"
