"Lovely stay, well located, close to two metro stations. Not far from the airport and several other relevant tourist attraction. My room was well decorated with arabic themes. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of towels and hot water. Good internet Connection throughout the whole building. Buffet breakfast was very delicious.
I will be back in my next visit to Dubai."

"I had very good experience, actually I’ve stayed for one week then I’ve extended my booking for another three days and like now, I wish to stay here as for monthly stay. I love the SERVICE and owner samar. Helps you a lot if you have any questions, you ask him he’ll give you a clear cut answer, and he is so informative, so it’s a good place you feel so safe. Everything was safe. Have a locker so everything is safe, you have kitchen, so you can cook yourself and you can do it. I really enjoyed the staying here and I’m gonna continue"

"Stayed here for 2 days is good. Everything almost perfect. Walking distance to Burjuman and Sharaf DG Metro station. High Tech. The receptionist is kind and approachable. The breakfast is good. The room is nice because of the design concept. But one thing I'm not satisfied, im sorry to say but its the cleanliness of the bathroom, the drainage of the sink bowl and tab also corners is not clean well."

"Very bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and dishonest. She woke me up in the morning accusing me of not paying and I had one more guest ( my friend just came to drop me off and help with luggage), even though I had already shown my receipt. No proper cleaning was done—my dustbin was never emptied and I had to sleep on the same linen for 6 days. Totally unprofessional service."

Det ligger i ett lugnt område, och det finns ett köpcentrum bara 10 minuters promenad bort, så shopping är inga problem. Sovsalen var ren och det fanns gott om förvaringsutrymme. Det hade varit bättre om det funnits en hårtork, men de jag delade rum med var vänliga och jag hade en fantastisk vistelse."

"The hostel is in an apartment building. This 2 bedroom apartment is filled out with bunk beds. I found it a bit small but the overall maintenance and cleanliness was excellent The in house guy kept it well managed and was friendly and easy to talk to. The location is close to the metro station and even possible to walk to Burj Khalifa, but not recommended due to many highways to cross. There is a Pakistani restaurant nearby with very affordable prices."

The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing. I stayed 2 nights at Homeland Hostel.
They charged me 30 AED as “Tourism Dirham / tourist tax”.
However, official Tourism Dirham for hostels in Dubai is around 7–10 AED per night, so for 2 nights it should be 14–20 AED.
I believe this is an overcharge.
Please review this and assist with a refund of the extra amount.

MMiaSurayaThe location is the best. Just beside the Emirates Towers Metro station. Outside of the building have MyMug restaurant which sells Kerala food. It’s very delicious and affordable. Also have 2 supermarkets and pharmacy. The room is OK for 1 night. Actually it’s like a 1 unit of house inside a building but they make a partition into 2 rooms of double bed, 1 room of bunk bed , 1 pantry and 1 shared toilet. They provide iron and iron board. The internet is good. The pakistani guy stay there too. Thanks bhai. I give 5 star for this hospitality

GGästanvändareThe room they gave me was close to the street and there was chanting at 5'Oclock. The TV didn't work, so we called reception desk to ask someone to fix it late afternoon, but they didn't arrive until the next afternoon.

FFarahaini99I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent—close to everything I wanted to see and easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant experience. Only must paid again in reception i didnt like

Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night.
In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures.
Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay

GGästanvändareGreat place to stay. It was so neat and clean. I enjoyed free breakfast free Netflix. The bed was cozy and had privacy curtains a spot light and mobile and laptop charging slots. I also enjoyed recliner with heat massager. Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee shots and fresh orange juice machine and a mini bar at very nominal price make my stay a very executive 5 star experience. The host was very friebdly and hospitable and joined me with a delicious dinner with him. I had my return flight ticket but I wish to stay here more. Whenever I come back to Dubai I will definitely prefer to stay here every time. Highly recomendable.
