"Det verkade vara det perfekta läget för att ta sig till kollektivtrafik som tåg, tunnelbana och spårvagn. Det fanns gott om butiker i närheten, så det fanns ingen brist på saker att göra. Hotellet må vara gammalt, men faciliteterna var mycket rena och välskötta. Avsaknaden av en TV var lite av en besvikelse, men eftersom vårt syfte var att resa var det inte ett större problem. Hotellledningen, receptionen, inredningen och den vänliga personalen var alla utmärkta, och frukosten var fantastisk!"

"Sehr guter Check-In. Hat super einfach funktioniert. Zimmer war top. Leider war ein Badezimmer/Wc für 5 Zimmer sehr wenig. Sehr oft war das warme Wasser aufgebraucht und man musste warten bis die anderen mit dem Duschen fertig waren um auf das WC zu gehen. Sonst war alles Top"

"Good value stay with 24/7 reception I stayed at a hostel about 20 minutes from the center of Vienna and it was a solid choice. The location is well connected by public transport, so getting to the city center was easy. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, especially for late check-in. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and overall it felt safe and well-organized. A good option if you’re looking for something affordable but still comfortable."

"I stayed in a single sex dorm room for 6 people with en-suite room. Each bed had privacy curtains, own plug socket, light and small shelf making it very convenient and private. Each bed has a safe box and fan; when on the top bunk the position of the fan is a bit annoying as kept knocking it when going up and down the ladder though I’m guessing that if it were the summer I would be grateful for the fan. The hostel feels safe and secure with card access to the corridor and rooms. The same card opens an assigned locker in the room that is large enough for a carry on suitcase. The kitchen is small though functional with all required equipment. There is a dining/breakfast room. On one of the days I bought the breakfast buffet and thought it was good value. There is a cafe and additional seating area in the ground floor as well as a bar area. These separate zones provide the opportunity for people to mix/socialize if they want to, and also be able to have some personal space if wanted. This hostel would suit both people who wanted to meet others and those for whom that is not important. Location is convenient, aldi supermarket next door, the snack market on opposite road, next to a metro station and only 15 min walk to the historical district. I would stay here again and would stay in other branches."

"I had a great stay at this hostel. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with recommendations and directions. The location was very convenient, close to public transport and main attractions. Overall, it’s a great option for budget travelers and solo travelers looking for a social but comfortable place to stay."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and there are both positive and negative aspects to share. The room itself is very beautiful, clean, and well-designed. The interior feels modern and comfortable, and the location is also quite convenient. I was even assigned a room on the top floor (third floor), which I appreciated. However, there were some disappointing points during my stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The system appears to be locked, as it only turns on for a few seconds before switching off again, and I was unable to control the settings. Despite being informed that a technician had fixed it, the only “solution” provided was opening the window. This did not resolve the problem, as the room remained quite warm and uncomfortable. Moreover, after opening the window, there was significant noise coming from nearby bars that lasted until early morning, which made it difficult to rest. While the room itself is impressive, the unresolved air conditioning issue and nighttime noise made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"First time living in a space capsule. There is adequate space inside and is generally clean. However, the power is inconsistent and the light often flickers inside the capsule. Also can get quite noisy if the capsule above/below you is occupied, there is practically no sound insulation. The location of the hostel is okay, as it is a 10-minute walk from Prater station."

"The room has plenty of power outlets, allowing you to charge all your devices simultaneously. It’s spacious and offers a wide selection of TV channels, including sports. However, there is no water kettle provided. As is typical for B&B hotels, vending machines are available in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Vienna Central Station, with easy access to the tram, a supermarket, and several restaurants. Vienna Central also features a wide variety of dining options, including Asian cuisine, all within walking distance."

"Es una pena porque el hotel es bastante nuevo y eso se nota. Está alejado del centro pero con buena comunicación y en nuestro caso se adecuada a nuestras necesidades. Se podría ofrecer algo más en más habitaciones como nevera o algo más de espacio de almacenaje. Digo que es una pena porque el servicio de atención me ha parecido de los peores en bastante tiempo, la amabilidad no la he visto por ningún lado, desde el ”no son las 15h luego te respondo” a una duda que estaba planteando a no explicar el sistema de limpieza o las malas caras al mirarte. Yo valoro muchísimo que la atención sea mínima y en este caso ha dejado mucho que desear"
