"I was lucky enough to have my room ready in advance, before 2PM and since my flight arrived early in the morning, that was really nice ! Cathy was also a wonderful person in general, throughout my stay. The room is pretty big, with a sink and a fridge. 👌🏻 The room I had is next to the common area however people weren't too loud, especially in the evening despite it roughly being the dinner time so that was nice. The area is very chill, a few schools and houses around so not loud at night. It is, however, situated on the planes' route and they are pretty low in the sky since it gets close to the airport. But there aren't any at night (around midnight until 6AM I would say) and it's not every 5 minutes either. The sun set pretty early at that time of the year and to me, I felt like the neighborhood lacked lights for people to walk around but it wasn't much of a bother and not something the lodge can change, so just a heads-up to have a small light/enough battery on the phone to use when coming back from your day trip activities."

"The location is good,near to central station. You can use their equipments to cook a bit. However,the room is a mass and you can feel a bit cold wind blow from the windows"

"The hotel is clean, the rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and the air conditioning works well. There are many guests, but it still feels private. Overall, it’s very good."

"The hotel is old with some attempts to update. I was on level 3 quite a hike up quite step stairs. I had 2 heavy bags and I was a late check-in, the manager actually helped me carrying one bag for me. The room itself was sparse with bare essentials. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were shared one toilet and one shower. The best was the closeness and convenience of central railway station. No good for families, if you want a place to sleep only then this is okay"

"Good location and spacious room. It is walking distance to city centar and the opera house. If you don't mind the traffic noise, it's a good place to stay if you are travelling for the first time."

"I have a good experience with Jensen hotel at the beginning but now the service is getting better and I can see so many tourists or traveler love to stay or increase the revenue per available room revenue might be increase , the cleanliness start to improve but I just worry safety for luggage storage cause i know is a short shift so u never know who is a guest or who is not as sometime something might missing when u off duty. I would recommend you to have a storage room however lease under the staircase is not so good cause u don’t know what is belonging inside the bag and people walk up and down but I believe in superstitious cause is not so good when u have a book or bible or something important and it could be fade. "Accommodation was fine with no microwave was a bit too hard especially purchasing your own meals. Other charges made to our hotel booking was not what I had expected apart from other hotel bookings that I've paid fie earlier uses commonwealth eftpos machines for payment why did I have to use that special machine for paymentt which had other changes? Customer service seems pathetic!"
