"I have a good experience with Jensen hotel at the beginning but now the service is getting better and I can see so many tourists or traveler love to stay or increase the revenue per available room revenue might be increase , the cleanliness start to improve but I just worry safety for luggage storage cause i know is a short shift so u never know who is a guest or who is not as sometime something might missing when u off duty. I would recommend you to have a storage room however lease under the staircase is not so good cause u don’t know what is belonging inside the bag and people walk up and down but I believe in superstitious cause is not so good when u have a book or bible or something important and it could be fade. "Located right at main road at Kingsgrove Station, only 14' from Sydney International Airport. Rooms have recently been upgraded, basic amenities but very modern rooms. 2 sets of steps to climb to 1st floor rooms, could do with an escalator. Bathroom could do with exhaust fans, facilities were clean and modern, plenty of hot water! You have to check in at the bar, which some people might find uncomfortable. Kingsgrove RSL is only a short walk away, through well lit arcade. Value for money will stay there again. Car Park for hotel is a bit limited!"

"I loved my stay at this hostel. I met great people, the room was super comfy, very quiet. The kitchen + living room are super spacious, it's really nice here! Location is perfect, just a 15min walk from the botanical gardens + a view on the opera house. And a 2 min walk from Kingscross train station, from which you can take a train to most parts of the city + outside of Syndey. Lovely! If you stay in Sydney, I would 100% recommend London Plane Backpackers."

"Accommodation was fine with no microwave was a bit too hard especially purchasing your own meals. Other charges made to our hotel booking was not what I had expected apart from other hotel bookings that I've paid fie earlier uses commonwealth eftpos machines for payment why did I have to use that special machine for paymentt which had other changes? Customer service seems pathetic!"
