My holiday apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, is located in a quiet neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the Bus station "Hotel Riu Helios Paradise". The apartment is with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, dining table, sofa bed, bathroom with a toilet, private patio, terrace. My guests have free access to public parking. The house Café-bar has a large terrace in the shade, here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. All children under 3 years are charged Euro 4.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.
