"Average stay, had paper thin walls (could hear neighbours flushing their toilets) or people’s footsteps upstairs. Also, the pillows considering it’s a hotel were disappointing. But the room was big and clean, breakfast is standard and it had a pool, fairly large hot tub. Furniture, decor and carpet looked dated."

"Everything was good, the hotel is simple and not fancy, but the room was clean and nice. There were only a few little things that weren't that great. One was the breakfast. It was a little more sparse than I thought it would be (no real protein except for refrigerated boiled eggs that weren't great, and everything else was pretty much just fruit, and other carbs). T.V remote didn't work, and there also wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom (but there was shampoo, body lotion, and two nice mini Dove soap bars). Overall the stay was worth the low cost, good for a budget hotel."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean. However, there were a couple of downsides to our experience. The pool was quite small and shared with the hotel next door, so it got really crowded over the weekend. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for the kids to enjoy their swim, especially after a long day out when they were looking forward to unwinding before bedtime.
Another issue was the slow WiFi, which made it frustrating when trying to stream a movie at night—it kept buffering.
That being said, the overall experience was great. The cleanliness and hospitality stood out, and we would definitely consider coming back during the slow season when we might have a better chance to enjoy the pool and improved WiFi."

"Staff was very polite. When asked for new towels, the maid was willing to replace for new ones. Pool was cold at times, water slide was fun for the kids. Hot tub was so hot and very relaxing."

5.服務好極了，兩個前台服務人員人漂亮，態度及好，你問的和不問的，都告訴你。我們到得早，箱子寄存，出去玩。退房後，東西寄存了大半天，因晚上12點火車。漂亮氣質俱佳的前台女服務員，告訴我們可以呆到我們要走的任何時間，還有在哪兒充電，衞生間在哪兒等等，非常熱情。
總之，這是個性價比特高的酒店，滿分。酒店服務枱牆上掛了十幾塊獎牌，看來實至名歸。"

"以青年旅社的標準，非常乾淨。來的時候（七月底）旅客不算太多，所以整體空間足夠，很舒適。廚房設備齊全，可以自烹沒有問題。住的是private suite with toilet，不用跟別人共用廁所浴室，整個青年旅社只有一間，淋浴間很小但不用共用不能強求太多。位置很好，到University of Alberta很方便走路20分鐘，有兩班公車能直達，也很方便。這一區算是年輕人出沒的地方，走到82街上就有很多餐廳酒吧咖啡店，週末比較吵，平日還好。"

JJase CWe had a lovely stay. They’ve set up the room as per request. There was a reasonably sized gym for working out, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. We tried having dinner and the food was awesome, the ambience was just perfect. Even the breakfast was great, with lots of choices. To improve further maybe add more washroom kits, like toothbrush and toothpaste and extra towels. Please extend breakfast until 10am on weekdays for those who wake up late, and a lifeguard for the pool if there are kids around.

Great sleep on a good bed with good pillows and *extra treat*: sheets and blankets, not a comforter, which is always my preference. I find with comforters it's hard to regulate temperature because for the most part, they don't breathe at all, so I'll take blankets and sheets, any day. Slept like a baby.

GGästanvändareThis was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
