"Nice and quiet place for stay. Will go again"

"The hotel is newly renovated with free breakfast. Staying 2 nights there with different hot breakfast unlike other hotel usually serve the same. The staff is 24x7 at the counter. Location an hr drive to Toronto which is expected but nearer to premium outlet and square one shopping mall. Free parking."

"This hotel was a little out of the way, but with the free shuttle to the airport, it was easy to get downtown using the UP train. The restaurant on the premises is pretty good and has good drinks. This hotel is quiet and not the most expensive which was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel next to the airport this one is perfect!"

"Average hotel, a bit dated. Would require remodelling soon to keep up with competing hotels. My room door was bent towards the bottom and I could slightly see the hallway carpet, so that was a bit concerning regardless of having a deadbolt and flip lock things."

"If you are a transit traveller, this is a convenient place to stay since it is very close to the airport. However, if you plan on checking out the downtown area of Toronto, try to stay in a place nearer the central district. The room is comfortable and clean. The free airport shuttle service as well as the free breakfast is a plus. The only disappointing factor was the check in. When we were checking in, the person who checked us in was busy talking to her colleague, and was not attending to us. Mind you they were talking about personal things and not about work. It took some time before she acknowledged us and asked if we are checking in. They also programmed our key card with the incorrect departure date so we got locked out and had to get new key cards. This they did 3 times for a 4 night stay. The saving factor was Rufa who was working at the convenience store and the pizza restaurant. She was very helpful and friendly and their food was great. I suggest the zesty chicken if you are end up staying and eating there."

The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles. A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door. The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file. I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey."
