"The location is superb, it’s just 10-15 minute walk distance away from Niagara Falls. There’re plenty of choices for restaurants nearby, you can even catch 24/7 opened McDonalds in 5 minutes walk distance away. The staff on duty was so nice and helpful. Apart from the facility was old, it was still usable. Breakfast provided free is also good enough. Worth stay!"

"I really love this Hotel, the staffs are very helpful and the room and hotel itself was clean. I will definitely comeback here and will recommend to my family and friends. He service was excellent. The location was great. It’s like 17mins walk to Clifton hills ferris wheel. 5mins walk to the restaurants. The amenities are clean."

"Location is close to center of Niagara Falls by just 10mins walking distance. The front counter staff was very nice and friendly. At the lobby there are complimentary coffee and tea and a free cookies when you check in. Room is clean n tidy with air condition. Parking is CAD20/day, so that you can park you car here and walk down to restaurants and the Falls. Overall, I will definitely come back for this hotel."

"The room was bigger than expected, the beds were OK, pillows a bit lumpy but didn’t make sleep impossible. The motel is close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions they offer, easily walkable area. The indoor pool was a nice addition (but would be better if a couple degrees warmer for us older folks!) Fridge/microwave would be nice but not the end of the world. Ice readily available at the check in desk. Overall good value for what we paid, would stay there again"

HHMUI couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Ate Lily is the best and she were incredibly accommodating and heartwarming. Her kindness made me feel so welcome, and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
The inn is ideally located, just a short walk from Niagara City Cruises and all the major attractions. Plus, the free parking was a huge bonus! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Niagara Falls – it offers excellent value, a convenient location, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

MMandala daNot the cleanest place and we were awoken by police banging on the door looking for a guy named Dave. I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:

GGästanvändareThe guy named Terry from the reception was nice, helpful and accommodating. We like the free breakfast. Wifi is strong and AC. The room and washroom were all clean. No bad smell even the bed. The kind housekeeping always clean the room , towels and beddings. I will definitely come back. They didn't charge me for the parking.I had good night sleeps and they gave me the chance to choose a room. Because I have senior citizens with me, the first floor that they gave me was very accessible to us.

GGästanvändareOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

If you are in Niagara fall, you want a place to sleep and shower and pay a not so exorbitant price. This place serves its purpose.
Nothing out of the extraordinary and nothing that is unacceptable.
One red bus ride to the fall directing is that you don't want to take your car to the congested fall area.
