This being said, we do not offer refunds but we will issue a rain check reservation for another date of your choosing given 10 day notice prior to the booking date.This is a no smoking space - if there is smell of smoke in the cottage, the $250 deposit will be taken.Please let us know if you are bringing a pet during your stay as an additional $50/pet fee will be charged. We want to avoid rodents and pests getting into the cottage- Please park in the common area at the front. “No Parking” signs designate the area in front of cottage 1 that is not available. We are trying to seed this area into lawn- Please be sure to close all of the windows and turn down the heat when you leave the cottage- During the winter season it will get freezing cold, so we ask that you leave a small amount of water dripping/ running from the bathroom sink. This will avoid the pipes freezing- During the winter season you will have a snow shovel on your front deck. Please use the shovel to ensure that you have a clear path to the parking lot and your vehicle. We maintain plowing of the parking area, however weather conditions can make it difficult for the area to always stay plowed, so please use your snow shovel for safety’s sake.
