"The staff were very warm and kind, and I truly appreciated the common areas and facilities.
However, I did experience a few issues with the room and the shower area:
1.The soundproofing in the room was quite poor. The magnetic sliding door made noticeable noise when opening and closing, and because the ceiling was not fully enclosed, conversations from other rooms could be clearly heard. In addition, the bed frame made loud sounds whenever someone moved or turned over.
2.For women, there were only two small shower stalls. The space inside was very limited, making it difficult to place any clothing. The showerhead was fixed, and the hairdryer only provided cold air rather than warm air."

"Toronto is a beautiful city, I would visit again, but probably would choose another hotel. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to many places like Kensington market, Chinatown, and Harborfront. Our room looked out onto the Toronto sign in Nathan Phillips square, Eaton Centre shopping mall is less than a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is not conventional, it is a student dorm for University of Toronto students, you are staying in a college dorm room. The room is spacious but the amenities are old, basic and outdated. Parking is not included, underground parking garages are available around the hotel for about 26 CAD/day. Breakfast is self-serve in the cafeteria, it’s good enough to fill you up but the food is nothing special."

"The hotel is well located and very clean, which is appreciated. However, I had a bad experience during my stay. At 4:20 AM, some suspicious people knocked on my door, waking me up. I also heard them knocking on other doors in the hallway. It was disturbing and ruined part of my experience. A shame, because the hotel has potential..."

"accommodated well for driving. Plenty parking lots. The staff was so helpful and very willing to provide assistance. Cookie is good. OOddtribeFriendly staff at front desk, smooth check-in. There’s everything you need in the sparkly clean room even though i stayed the smallest room. Laundry is available. Location is excellent. There is a 24-hour convenience store cross the main street. The neighborhood is lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. Will consider comeback next time.

GGästanvändareUnderstanding what this place is will help with expectations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and it’s not meant to be. While there are some rooms that have a private washroom, many have a shared washroom with a couple washrooms on each level. Kind of like a hostel. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night or 2 in a great location in downtown Toronto, without having to spend a new car payment, then this place is great. Beds are clean and comfortable. I got a room with 2 single beds for under $130 after missing my train and needing a place to sleep until the next train in the morning. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Union Station. Service is friendly.

GGästanvändareGood location in Etobicoke close to Ikea and everything you need, free parking, the room floors didn't seemed to be cleaned well but other than that everything else was good. One of the cheaper accommodations in the area, our room's access was outside so easy to get to your vehicle.

GGästanvändareThis place was great. I think there's a strip club or something downstairs, but ironically this was the best of the three places I stayed at this summer in Toronto. It was super clean, with nice staff and no nonsense, and the price was right. Also the east end is hilarious.
