However - the hostel is just next door to a bar, so it’s very noisy until the bar closes (on a Friday night is 2AM). checkout time is at 10AM, which is not only unusual but very inconvenient.
I won’t be staying in this hotel when I return to Zurich"

"Location is good, some 400 mtrs distance to bahnhof. Just past rive you will see the polybahn sign and campari hotel sign. Coops store is nearby except on sunday. Room is clean, size is ok. Bathroom had shower curtain to segregate toilet bowl and shower area, either way still wet. You can get utensils plates and kitchen towels from lobby area if you need to eat inside room. No kettle but hot water is available from lobby to fill up and thermos flask is provided there too. Coffee tea also there. You have return the utensils once done.
Luggage storage is avaiable. Extension of check out time is available only if you book thru their own website. All ok and acceptable."

"My heartfelt thanks to the lovely Guest Service Agents Natali, Rafael and the young pretty lady. They are really helpful and professional in rendering help as well as getting my queries answered. The breakfast is nice though variety can be improved. I particularly love the museli cereal with big choco chunks. The kiwi they provided during breakfast is very sweet too. This apt is less than 15 mins walk from Altstetten. They provide all-in-one shampoo/bath wash/hand wash and body lotion. Do note that they do not have air con system."

"The hostel is quite decent and clean. I feel safe all the time. The only downside is the location from zurich HB station is about 15-20mins walk but you can ride the tram. The pantry space is quite small also. Overall, is a nice hostel and highly recommended."

Mack on reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you whilst making genuine conversations and rapport.
The rooms were perfect with clean shared toilets. Especially on the 3/4th floor where they have been renovated.
The hotel bar was cheap and the breakfast looked good.

AAlimar NathanWe had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marta. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Zurich and close to everything, making it very easy to explore the city. The service was great, especially the lady who assisted us during check-in; she was very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome.
The room itself was clean and simple, though it didn’t have air conditioning. We had to slightly open the window for ventilation, which was manageable. We requested a higher floor, but I think because we also requested two single beds, we were assigned a lower floor instead. Not a big issue, but something to note.
Breakfast was very minimal in terms of options. If you have the choice, it might be better to skip the breakfast and try some of the many nearby cafes instead.
Overall, Hotel Marta is a good, no-fuss option if you want to stay in a central and convenient location in Zurich with friendly service.

TT.HeiLocation is good. Aldi, Migros, Coop nearby. Tramstop nearby 3 mins walk with suitcase. Easy self-checkin & checkout.
My room (Basic Room) is quite big indeed, where I can open 3 or 4 suitcases on the floor. But only 1 small table and 1 stool in the room, you have to pack or put your things on the floor or on the bed.
I don't mind at all noises during night time. But if you need to have complete slience to sleep, beware that you may hear laughters from people in the street and noise of car pass by, from time to time.
The drainage pipe in my room is not perfectly set, there are some unpleasant smell in the washroom.
I stayed 2 days here. The lift was working but the lights was out of order. I take the lift in dark. But the lift is well repaired the next day. Efficient reaction time. Appreciated. Overall, I
