"The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali."

"Good location. Room is basic. Bed is very hard and air-conditioner sounded like it was going to fall off the wall 😅 This is a no frills room. The staff are very nice and checkin was super easy. I think the room price should be cheaper due to not providing towels or housekeeping. OK room for a quick night."

"We and the children arrived at the Hotel at night, and the hotel welcomed us warmly and the service was very good. We booked a family room and there was a bathtub, so the children loved it very much. The room view also looked at a beautiful lake and mountains. The hotel price was quite cheap for us. The room was clean and spacious. We felt satisfied to stay here. The service was very good. Thank you for making us feel happy to stay here."

"It is a homestay located just outside of the Dali Ancient Town, so it is very convenient for getting around. The owners are kind and helpful. Remember that no vehicles are allowed inside the Ancient city, so you have to alight outside and walk into the narrow alleyways with cobblestone streets. There are no lifts inside such heritage buildings, so it is advisable to travel light without the big luggages. The owners have 2 cute cats too! It is located away from the noisy streets, so we enjoyed some tranquility away from the crowd."

"La habitación es espaciosa y limpia, lavar la ropa sin costo y la ubicación está bien, pero la verdad es que está al lado de una avenida grande y en la habitación se escuchan los autos y las bocinas todo el día y noche, lo que se dificulta dormir y relajarse."

"Service: Värden är vänlig, trevlig och hjälpsam trots språkbarriären. Faciliteter: Vi fick ett rum på bottenvåningen vilket jag är verkligen tacksam för eftersom det inte finns någon hiss och vårt bagage är tungt. Rummet och toaletten är rena. Läge: Strategiskt. Nära till halalrestaurang, det berömda HD-bageriet, Luckin Coffee, chagee, apotek, billig souvenirbutik, allt är mycket nära och lättillgängligt på 1-3 minuters promenad. Didi kan inte komma åt vägen till hemvistelsens dörr och kan inte släppa av dig framför själva hemvistelsen, så du måste dra ditt bagage och det är en 3-5 minuters promenad (utan bagage kanske 1-2 minuter). Jag är osäker på varför det inte fanns någon kundvagn under vår tid, men jag antar att den förmodligen var trasig. Men värden kom för att hämta oss vid Didis avlämningsplats och hjälpte till att dra ett av våra bagage, men det var en kullerstensgata så jag önskar att det i framtiden finns en kundvagn tillgänglig."

"We've been traveling in China for 2 months and this is the best place we have stayed. Very comfortable and clean and quiet. The hosts were very nice and responsive and helpful. We hired the owner to give us a tour of Dali and the lake and mountains that was excellent. The host gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The host arranged our transport from the train station, and our transport to our next city we are visiting. We have all excellent things to say about our stay here and hosts. Highly recommended."

"friendly staff, we checked in late due to late train schedule, then before check out, we got lost in the ancient town, they gave us late check out, thank you for your kindness. they upgraded our room from 1-2 floor to the room in the courtyard..very calm and beautiful surroundings. easy access to didi though quite a distance from ancient town/viral souvenir shop. but we just took didi to go there, 8-10cny. most importantly no need to struggle to carry your heavy luggage around. overall, we enjoyed our stay here 🥰🥰"
