"Det är verkligen lämpligt att bo på hotellet. Tjänsten är mycket bra, hygienen är också särskilt ren enligt standarderna, faciliteterna är också bra.Några små problem uppstår på mitten av vägen, och sedan kommer receptionen att vara mycket snabbt på plats och behandlar problemen aktivt och går till East Poe College. Landskapet är bra och luften är klar för att leka.Bra!"

"The place is located in a great area and the apartment is beautiful, however the building is just for sleeping it has no facilities but the biggest problems were the odors in the apartment. The apartment in general was clean but the sink in the bathroom had a horrible smell and the fridge which was disconnected and it also had a bad smell. The lady who received us was very kind and helpful."

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning furnished apartment in Haikou, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The breathtaking full ocean view from the apartment is nothing short of spectacular, providing a serene backdrop that made my stay truly unforgettable.
The apartment itself is impeccably furnished and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. It felt like a home away from home, with modern amenities and stylish decor that enhanced the overall experience.
What truly set this stay apart was the management staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, as there was nothing we asked for that they couldn’t provide.

"Отель отличный. Но на этих остравах делать нечего, работает все на половину. Напоминает начало исчезновение людей ”что было бы если люди бы исчезли... Год спустя” на дату 20.10.25 (на главном острове) на жилых остравах все норм, рынки магазины... сама комната не затертая, все новое, что то даже в плёнке ещё. Видимо сказывается то что пол острова развлечений не работает. А так удивительно видеть огромные постройки а людей нет. Кто бы сказал это про Китай не поверил бы.
Итого отель зачёт, на острове достаточно одного дня ну мах два дня, все нечего делать.

Не берите в центре там дорого а на жилых частях дешевле."

位置優越交通便利，門口還有停車位，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，很大的窗户，採光好。住得很舒服。性價比高。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。個人覺得性價比蠻高。值得再來

Better than a 5 stars hotel. It's the best place to stay in Hainan. I received a free room upgrade and the host was very friendly and helpfull, The host is an outstanding manager. Near the beach, restaurantes and coffee shops. I will stay here again for sure.

酒店挺人性化，大堂提供了免費茶水，咖啡，小零食，還有日用的小物品，價格這麼優惠，還提供兩份免費早餐，還提供了免費的洗機，雖然房價優惠，但是房間挺乾淨，床墊軟硬適中，特好入睡，而且我們是晚上入住的，還可以，晚上再退房，現在天氣熱了，也不用擔心2:00被催退挺好的一家酒店

When we arrived by taxi, the driver has difficulty locating the building. The meeting place is an agent's office.
The property is a condo located at the far end of the estate.
The apartment is clean but with limited amenities. Although there is a kitchenet, but no cooking ware and utenciles are provided.

Excellent customer service ! The lady boss and her staff were friendly and attentive taking good care of customers. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities in good condition. The night market is just five minute walk from hotel and you can try all types of food there.

I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk.

不過，也有一些小瑕疵需要店家注意，比如房間衞生狀況有待提升，部分設施不夠理想，影響了住宿體驗。
希望店家能夠繼續加強對房間的管理，定期檢查並維修設施，確保每一處細節都能達到客人的期望。

專門為跨年預訂的賓館，總體上還是很滿意的，前台服務態度很好，晚上回來老闆指示停車呢，就是這間房間太小了，無窗的空氣不流通，但是價格上也標明瞭情況了，本身也衹是單獨過度一下而已就沒必要升級了，熱水很熱，衞生還行，就是有個問題，沒吹風機好麻煩，這一點需要改進。總之贊一個。
