"I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk."

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning furnished apartment in Haikou, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The breathtaking full ocean view from the apartment is nothing short of spectacular, providing a serene backdrop that made my stay truly unforgettable.
The apartment itself is impeccably furnished and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. It felt like a home away from home, with modern amenities and stylish decor that enhanced the overall experience.
What truly set this stay apart was the management staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, as there was nothing we asked for that they couldn’t provide.

"Перед въездом обязательно уточните код для заселения. Без знания китайского языка очень сложно выяснить как попасть в комнату. Делала это через поддержку Trip.
Бронировалась комната одна, заселение произошло в другую.
Заселили раньше, за что спасибо менеджеру которая нам помогала. Территория красивая и ухоженная, есть бассейн за дополнительную плату. Комната небольшая. Полотенца одноразовые, принадлежности все есть. Стены грязноваты, но это не критично если вам переночевать только.
Само расположение комплекса удобное, недалеко до основных развлечений. Рядом есть все необходимое:магазины, кафе.

"房間很靜雅，也很乾凈，挺好的，就是下水道反味有些重，開排氣扇未能完全解決這個問題。房間有“小度小度”適合我這個懶人。房間空間還是感覺有點緊湊，床品很舒服，躺床上看大電視很爽，而且有好多劇集可以看，還不錯哦。"

GGästanvändare專門為跨年預訂的賓館，總體上還是很滿意的，前台服務態度很好，晚上回來老闆指示停車呢，就是這間房間太小了，無窗的空氣不流通，但是價格上也標明瞭情況了，本身也衹是單獨過度一下而已就沒必要升級了，熱水很熱，衞生還行，就是有個問題，沒吹風機好麻煩，這一點需要改進。總之贊一個。

EEVasquezThe place is located in a great area and the apartment is beautiful, however the building is just for sleeping it has no facilities but the biggest problems were the odors in the apartment. The apartment in general was clean but the sink in the bathroom had a horrible smell and the fridge which was disconnected and it also had a bad smell. The lady who received us was very kind and helpful.

The property is a condo located at the far end of the estate.
The apartment is clean but with limited amenities. Although there is a kitchenet, but no cooking ware and utenciles are provided.

GGästanvändareОтель отличный. Но на этих остравах делать нечего, работает все на половину. Напоминает начало исчезновение людей ”что было бы если люди бы исчезли... Год спустя” на дату 20.10.25 (на главном острове) на жилых остравах все норм, рынки магазины... сама комната не затертая, все новое, что то даже в плёнке ещё. Видимо сказывается то что пол острова развлечений не работает. А так удивительно видеть огромные постройки а людей нет. Кто бы сказал это про Китай не поверил бы.
Итого отель зачёт, на острове достаточно одного дня ну мах два дня, все нечего делать.
P. S.
Не берите в центре там дорого а на жилых частях дешевле.

幸幸运之旅Excellent customer service ! The lady boss and her staff were friendly and attentive taking good care of customers. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities in good condition. The night market is just five minute walk from hotel and you can try all types of food there.
