"staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived! however the hotel only allowed 2 free water bottles per room each day but on one of the days we didn’t get any new water, when we complained to the receptionist she said it was our word against the cleaning ladies so that was really annoying. i would stay again but would make sure to bring my own water. the breakfast was of good taste and variety however we couldn’t eat the fruit because it had gone brown"

"總的來説還是挺好的，推出入住。
位置不錯周圍都是飯店，還有一排小吃攤，外賣也能送進屋。雖然沒有專用的停車場，但周圍能停車的地方還是很多。
屋裡的清潔程度確實挺一般的。但是對於這價位來説已經是可以了。床還算乾淨，也很舒服。前台工作人員服務態度也是超級好。所以我衹能理解為房掃員的問題了。
我也沒有特意去拍不乾淨的地方。這個價位也不能要求一塵不染。
總的來説，還是推薦入住。"

GGästanvändareThis seems to be a family-run hotel. It seems to be rhe only Trip.com identified accomodation in Yongling Zhen serving the Hetu alu historical park (great) and Qianlong Mausoleum (took a miss on due to time constraints).
Thought I had been assigned a second floor suite but it was right on the first floor. Some problems locking the door but it's a secure location.
Spotless stone tiles in washroom and throughout, room could be cool in winter. Very modern with washroom updates and accessories like toiletries and slippers
Owner was very helpful ie. advising where to eat and when restaurants in this small town close, as well as where to catch a bus back to Fushun - (just 120 m from hotel) Very helpful for a foreigner.🙂
Owner kindly led me stow my bag while I extended my visit to Hetu Ala to see a cultural performance - which began after check-out time.
A couple of small issues - I was told that the room price on trip.com is somewhat higher than locals are charged. Not a problem really. Room costs were still 60% less than hotels in cities.
Also - it's promoted as a ”Business hotel” but there is really no work desk, suitable light or a chair - just a wobbly plastic stool). Modest investments might take care of this.

GGästanvändare優點：縣城本來也不大，所以衹要不是特別偏的位置就都很方便，賓館門口是免費的公共停車場，不是高峯期的話可以停在門口，高峯期也沒關係，稍微遠一點點路邊也可以停車。房間很大，朝外的窗户，洗澡水很熱很沖。早飯是那種類似於家庭式的，都是負責早飯的阿姨自己做的，畫卷，饅頭，小菜什麼的應有盡有，豆漿都是阿姨當天現做，味道不錯，選擇不多但是很美味。
不足之處：酒店離馬路有點高度，所以要上大概十級台階，對於長者和帶大件行李的不太友好。房間裏的電視櫃又矮又窄，所以東西多的友友們會覺得有點不太方便。
性價比高，值得推薦。

GGästanvändare之前來撫順住過這家店感覺還不錯，所以再次入住，這次辦事時間長住了十多天，21日續完房服務員立即上樓砸門質問我為什麼這麼晚續房，還説續房電話響嚇到她了影響她睡覺了（續房是半夜1點多）當時我不知道續房後前台電話會響，為了不影響其他客人休息我沒跟她正面沖突跟她道了歉。唉，氣得我一夜無眠！難道她的職責就是上班睡覺嗎？這樣的服務員真的太影響賓館聲譽了，*太差、極差！！！

GGästanvändareOur recent stay at the apartment was overall a positive experience. The location was excellent, situated conveniently near the university, which was our primary objective. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with shops downstairs offering various food options for our convenience.
However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly, there was no daily cleaning service provided, which was a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, only one bath towel was provided, which was insufficient for our needs. On the first day of our stay, we were asked to wait due to a window being broken in the original booking, which although understandable, was still an inconvenience.
The owner was polite and communicated effectively through phone, which was appreciated. The Ayi who was there to open the apartment for us was not as accommodating, however. She shouted at us for using one of the bath towels as a step-out mat from the shower, which we felt was an unnecessary reaction. Due to the fact that the tiles are slippery after showering,The shower itself was a bit inconvenient as it did not have doors, allowing water to easily flow out into the room but we managed to adjust the direction of the shower head and make it work.
For future guests, we would recommend topping up the toilet rolls and toothpaste to ensure a more comfortable stay for three days .
Overall, despite the few shortcomings, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we would consider staying there again in the future.

DDeeveeTechVery sophisticated hotel. The elevator needs a little work, though. We met a very good friend (a housekeeping staff member). And the front desk are always willing to assist with anything you need. Also, the robot never gets tired of serving you with deliveries. I'll come here again
