"房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，設施豐富；圖片與房間實體一致，處處都可以看出房東的用心；房東熱情、耐心、細緻；分不清東南西北而找不到位置，房東耐心告知、還發了視頻更清晰的告知具體位置；入門提前告知你用品位置、WiFi以及聯繫方式等細節；生活用品準備非常充分、細緻，可以看出房東有想房客之所想；總之是一次非常舒適的入住體驗，會成為我下次需要入住的首選。"

設施：4.3（基礎設施基本都齊全，這床墊睡着挺舒服的，加分；但是房間不能同時滿足通風跟隔音，這房間空調開不了，我沒法通風，我開窗外邊兒又是大馬路，吵吵）
服務：4.5（衹住了一晚，無）
性價比：4.4（整體來説，環境還是比較牽強，能湊合）"
