優點：這間民宿房間格局比較合適 兩室一廳 這家服務態度挺不錯的 基本任何問題都能協調幫助解決 這點好評 小區周邊用餐也較為方便 超市等都有 早餐外面也能買到 停車也方便 接待的小夥子還幫忙打了飲用水
缺點：這個户型離小區大門最遠 走出去長者孩子還是累 房間衹有客廳有空調 其他房間沒有 客廳開太低很冷 其他房間又很熱 晚上睡覺關門就沒冷氣 房間沒有電視 帶長者孩子出來 還是有這方面需求 説句題外話 這邊的海水太臟了 黑的 還都是油泥 不怎麼樣"

"房東描述的基本真實。
衞生間的門吸是壞的，晚上起風門就亂撞，需要那小椅子擋着。一次性牙刷不好用，介意的朋友需要自帶。
衞生情況一般，確實海景，在大卧室可以看到海，窗户不乾淨。房間裏沒有紙巾，衞生紙衹給一卷，沒有免費的瓶裝水，需要的朋友請自帶，洗手盆掛毛巾的架子不結實，小心點拽毛巾。
總體就是裝修應該是很久了，該有的也都有，大卧室兩張床，一張1.8米，一張1.5米，小卧室比較小，有一張1.5米雙人床，離海邊也如描述的步行到海邊5-6分鐘，離商業街和業主食堂都不遠。如果帶長者孩子又不是要求特別高的朋友閉眼住，如果要求高的請三思，畢竟價格合理，性價比合適！房東也是有問必答！
週末去車位樓下緊張，小區較遠的地方也有車位。"

GGästanvändare房間乾淨整潔，裝修較新，位置離海邊也很近，步行10分鐘不到就能到達海灘，樓前有條商業街有餐館超市很方便，老闆很熱情，期間做飯遇到一些問題老闆都幫着很快給解決了，衞生間乾濕分離方便使用，很不錯的體驗

YYefangzijincheng房子位於中南唐山灣小區，房間乾淨整潔，從窗户可以直接看海，兩張大雙人床，冰箱可以使用。小區環境乾淨整潔，免費停車位充足。出小區十多米就是商業街，有超市和好幾家餐廳。海鮮價格還算公道，沒有陰陽菜單，步行到海邊不用十分鐘。房東熱情好客！

GGästanvändare房間設施還可以，就是衞生程度不行，發現床單都是沒有換過的，還好前台態度比較好，告知後很快過來更換了床上用品。周邊比較荒涼，吃飯的地方比較遠

RRexindepangzi祥雲灣酒店的經理小哥挺不錯的 叫陽陽 幫忙給訂房 還幫我們解決各種稀碎的問題 這次是帶着孩子的幾個幼兒園小朋友一起去畢業旅行 酒店離海邊很近 酒店環境在海邊這裏真的算不錯的了 比內個木屋好 也比旁邊的銀海酒店強多了 樓下能釣魚 這幾天也都趕上好天氣了 這已經是第三次來祥雲灣了 期待明年再見

JJingzhi♀房間不錯，房東也熱情，但小區建設的太差勁了，這小區入住率不高，每棟樓上都沒有樓號，地庫裏更沒有對應的樓號了，找4號樓找了好久，整個小區裏都沒人，想問問具體樓號都問不到，最後從地庫隨便坐了一部電梯上來，到一層一看這棟樓就跟荒廢的一樣，到處是塵土和蛛網，得虧跟我爸一起上來的，給我倆嚇夠嗆，又回地庫了；第三晚想去門口三貝碼頭遛彎就沒開車，直接坐電梯到1層，想着溜達出去，一出樓門整個小區烏漆嘛黑一片竟然連個路燈都沒有，我們又被嚇回屋裡了，就沖這配套不會再住了，嚇人
