"後院大停車場停車方便，有桿，安全，這一點最好，乾淨衞生有礦泉水抽紙一次性拖鞋。嚴重不足：房間在二樓大廳上，登記住宿退房聲音大有點吵，熱水放不出，退房時要等很久，每一退房者都要等前台一個值班人員去樓上查完上一個人的房下樓來處理完後再接下一個退房者（從未見過），早晨查房開票停車場起竿一個值班人員要同時幹當然會很忙。當天入住登記的前台眼鏡女語言和態度嚴重有問題，太不適合前台應該換掉"

"房間和走廊都掛有歐式風格藝術畫框，房間佈局乾淨整潔衞生，前台接待服務熱情，詳細告知附近晚餐和早餐在哪家吃比較好，略有遺憾的是淋浴房裡缺少置物架，無法放洗髮水、沐浴露等用品。再就是早上洗漱時突然發現停水了，詢問前台説是水管破了物業正在搶修，但何時修好未知，導致馬桶無法沖水，嚴重影響心情，這算是一次意外吧。"
