"Service was good, staff were friendly. There were snacks and drinks provided (the sweet potatoes were so good👍). They even provide multi cables for charging of devices. There's also a convenient store nearby and also supper places(within walking distance). There's 24/7 front desk and wechat contact was prompt in answering our queries and requests throughout our stay! Would choose this hotel again if we were to come back 👍 谢谢酒店的热情招待😊家人们都很满意这家酒店和服务💯"

"This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady."

"雖然是個小賓館，但是房間衞生做的非常好，乾淨無異味，還有好聞的香水。房間雖然便宜但是空間大，落地窗還可以看到外面的風景，24小時熱水，5秒鐘就能出熱水，太方便了！出門就是吃的，各種各樣的餐館好幾條街，作為吃貨的我非常喜歡這樣的地方。走路就可以去海邊，博鰲的海灘特別大，晚上有人放煙花，挖貝殼螃蟹，海水也很乾凈，必須拍些美美的照回去！推薦大家來住"

"房間很大很寬敞，確實是寬敞，衞生間也挺大的，而且裝修也不是老舊那種，應該是這兩年裝修過。這個價格來説性價比非常的高。每天都有服務人員來打掃衞生，續住也照樣打掃，服務還是不錯。
床品毛巾浴巾都可以，跟星級酒店差不多。
稍微有一點缺點就是洗澡的水不知道怎麼回事會突然變小，導致熱水會突然變涼，但是馬上就好，建議這個時候不要重新調整熱水冷水閥門，堅持那麼一兩秒就會恢復正常。"

The boss, Anthony, is very friendly, interesting guy, knowledgeable in local culture. Interesting to exchange views, both local and international.
Good location, near to the main old commercial area, give you a feel of the local life.
The small cushion needs to have changeable cover because it smell of cigarette.

一禾雲漫地處博鰲核心區域，步行即可抵達海邊和“海的故事”景點，周邊餐飲、購物配套也比較完善，適合想要體驗博鰲濱海風情的遊客。
👍前台服務貼心，每次問前台小姐姐“有問必答”對於自駕出行的遊客來説很方便
最重要的是性價比還高👍👍👍

Walk 12-15mins from Qionghai Railway Station. Good location. Hotel has 7 floors serviced by 1 lift. Big lobby, premises clean, Free tea at lobby. Stayed on 4th floor, next to laundry room, 1 washing machine, no dryer. Room has usual amenities, 2 single beds, 4 pillows, 6 clothes hangers, long shelf below projection TV. No breakfast. Separate toilet/bath. Bath n face towels, floor towel mat, 2 sets slippers. Besides water, 4 sachets of tea provided, ceramic mugs. Writing space with Chair, shared bedside table. Adequate sockets for charging phones. Balcony with full height sliding glass. Got rain shower. Easy parking, restaurants, supermarkets within 400m radius. Clean and comfortable hotel. Qionghai itself quiet, less attractions and not so vibrant. Public buses need long wait, you probably need to use taxis or Didi.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique.
Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. This stay was truly unforgettable, and we deeply appreciate her kindness.
这家酒店让我们留下了非常美好的回忆。房间可以看到漂亮的海景，位置也很方便，靠近镇上，附近有很多餐厅。我们很荣幸成为他们全新艺术设计房的第一批客人，房间舒适又有特色。

衝著投影和智能客控定的
投影不錯，挺大的，看的還是很舒服的
但是智能客控改不了空調，而且調空調的設備在門口，衹能手動去調，很麻煩，沒發揮智能客控的優勢
一進房間就有兩衹蟲子在飛，而且也趕不出去，直到退房的時候都還在，雖然有配電蚊香，但是沒起多大作用
床頭的靠背好臟，而且圓椅也被燙壞了，衞生間一股味，開了通風也沒用，而且沐浴露洗髮水沒了也沒有及時補充
隔音太差，半夜被門外的動靜吵醒，而且太潮了，第二天衣服都潮了

The staff is really kind even if they do not speak English. The room (a suite) was of the right dimension, it even had two in suite bathrooms (both of them without a window). Also in one of the bedrooms (the one with the single bed) there was no window. The smaller bathroom stinks a little bit. In the room it was not provided free water nor big towels for the shower. On the balcony (facing an indoor lot) there was a place to hang the laundry. Really nearby the beaches and to the street with restaurants.

The apartment has a huge balcony with a nice view. It is a bit run down, and there is no hot water. They provide single-use paper towels. The complex has a nice pool, but it is far away from the food, and the sea is the worst in the area. There are electric bikes on the road to use.
