"We got the room on the 31st floor. The view was very beautiful, it was fun to wake up like this in the morning. The apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator and it was very convenient for us to cook and enjoy the food. "Super Super 👍🏻, miljön är snygg, hygienen är också ren, ingen lukt, chefen löser problemet snabbt! Nästa gång måste du boka det här igen. Det rekommenderas mycket. "初次去日照旅遊，在網上找了很多家民宿酒店，最終選擇日照嘉賓民宿酒店，看酒店配套設施齊全。離喬家墩子夜市騎車10分鐘路程，離山海天陽光海岸景區騎車15鍾，方便，不吵鬧。最後回去的時候老闆還帶我們去本地人消費的地方買海鮮帶回家（便宜還新鮮）超級贊他家還能租電動車，電量很足，在那兩天都是租車遊，山海天、萬平口、森林公園、紅窯裏1972、春風十里小鎮、任海台礁石公園、日照美學館、日照大學城等等都去了，晚上回來電量還槓槓的他家還有早餐哦，住户還有優惠，強烈推薦.租車住户也有優惠喲，強烈推薦。#服務服務一流，每次出門都很關心我們。"

分享一家很好的寶藏民宿首先地角絕了，步行幾分鐘就能到海邊，而且民宿環境特別優美，房間乾淨整潔，廚房鍋碗瓢盆、油鹽醬醋，燒烤爐，全自動麻將機，免費趕海工具，
我們一家10多口人有吃的有玩的確實不錯，老闆人超熱情，入住前就主動發了路線和周邊遊玩攻略，到的時候還幫我們提行李，有問必答，還推薦了本地人常去的海鮮市場，告訴我們怎麼挑海鮮不踩坑，感覺像朋友一樣親切。這次住得特別開心，已經把民宿推薦給朋友了，下次來海邊還選這裏。

A newly constructed building. Very good quality homestay and seems very similar to a regular hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful. Central cooling, Beds are very comfortable and soft, Room as very spacious and included toileteries and housekeeping once every two days. Strongly recommend this. Its a straight line road of 1.2 kilometerd from Tgird beach. Alot of food options around the hotel with 24 hours open stores.

衞生狀況還不錯，房間很大，生活設施齊全，可以自己開火做飯。窗外是火車，有一個卧室可以看到海龍灣，衞生間乾濕沒有分離。服務基本等於零，我們找到登記處的時候，因為拿不準是不是這裏，剛試探着進門，裏面一位男士一邊往外走一邊很拽的語氣説我們這是海景房，難道我們很像住不起海景公寓的樣子嗎，真是生一肚子氣，我們衹好退出來，繼續詢問他們前台在哪裡，好在裏面兩個大姐還很和氣，熱情接待了我們。再説説入住，入住時我們兩個大人一個孩子帶了兩個行李箱，兩個大包，從接待的地方出來到公寓樓要拐過去走好遠，包括上下台階，接待的那位男士自始至終沒有任何給搭把手的意思，就這麼看着，頂多看我們大包小包跟不上他的步伐，站下來等我們跟上，省的我們跟丟了。服務評價給的兩分是給那兩位大姐的。

The shop owner is very friendly and speaks excellent English. The room's hygiene is commendable. And the shop provides us with a lot of conveniences. The surrounding environment is elegant and it's close to the sea. All recommendations it was pleasant stay!!!

我們提前跟老闆聯絡過晚上到，老闆給了民宿的定位。晚上到的民宿，因為我們搜錯民宿地址，老闆到公交站直接接我們了。所以不要憑印象搜地址，一定要從老闆分享的地址進入地圖導航。
來的時候火車站看到夕陽很漂亮，但晚上開始多雲，諮詢了老闆日照的天氣，果然第二天是沒有日出可以看。老闆還告訴我們往萬平口和海龍灣要怎麼走。
我們的房間在32樓的高層，左邊是萬平口，右邊是海龍灣，在沙發上可以直接看日出。懷着萬一呢的心態我們早早就醒了，坐在面海的小露台沙發上觀察日出的天氣，打算一看到雲層散開就下去燈塔去沙灘看日出。可惜雲層一直很厚，雖然是不成功的日出，但是也算是看了海上日出。謝謝老闆安排了高層的房間。
房間裏有電蒸鍋，非常適合做飯小白。日照的海鮮清蒸就已經很好吃了。菜刀，碗，碟，筷子都齊備，滿足自己下廚做海鮮的需要。
洗衣機有洗幹一體的功能，洗衣機乾衣功能特別好，5個小時已經乾爽可以重新穿上。
地理位置也很方便，很多路線的公交可以到民宿。附近早上6點多就有賣趕海用品的超市開門了。換上洞洞鞋一路逛萬平口的海水浴場，隔天浪高的時候觀浪也不會弄濕運動鞋。
日照爍海海景民宿適合自己想煮海鮮，自己可以調整分量，海鮮做法，連廚房小白也可以安全操作。民宿位置好，公共交通便利，附近有超市餐廳早晚營業。適合長途旅行需要換洗的客人。老闆也很及時熱情地提供了幫助。我們對民宿很滿意。

就是小旅館，設施比較陳舊，沒有吹風機，有牙刷洗漱用品。重點是有蚊子。但是老闆服務很好，因為到的晚，還打電話確認。退房後還沒到火車發車時間。又趕上下雨，還讓我們在大廳休息加充電。
