Stayed in this hotel for around a week - overall great experience given the price. Location is one of the best in Shanghai - it’s across the road from line 1 and 7, which gets you to many attractions, and it’s one of the subway stations that are easier to navigate too - you can go towards huaihai road, and xintiandi, or you can go back, into xuhui district and explore meiluocheng, or you can go across to jingan temple, and along there. Furthermore, it’s a very short walk from some of the trendier shops on anfulu and so on. I have stayed numerous times in Shanghai now and it is difficult to top this location regardless of hotel pricing/prestige. I barely took the taxi my stay here, as it is also on some nearby bus lines. I had a room with a view, which was lovely indeed. The toilets are very very clean as they are disinfected after pretty much every use, and the washroom facilities are decent too, but slightly dated and the water pressure is mediocre. The room is very small - I personally am fine with tiny capsule-esque hotels but my luggage (26inch) was difficult to open fully and still have space to sit and walk, which is one thing that makes me carefully reconsider staying here again. Another thing is that there is one lift for this hotel which is on the higher floors, which means waiting for the lift can take a while too, especially if you order food and go to collect it on floor 18, but then you have to wait for the lift to go down and up again if you live on floor 17 or 19. Overall, for the price paid, experience is pretty good.

I had a good stay in this hotel. I almost missed finding this hotel though as it had a small entrance. The reception was ok but didn't really speak english -- had to use google translate to communicate. There was only one elevator so at times, there are wait times. I got a double room with window hoping it would be bigger but it was quite small. It's big enough for 1 person though! Although there was a window, all I can see is the wall. 🙂↕️. I'm happy they had amenities that I needed -- towels, shampoo, hair dryer! They also provide 2 bottles of water per day, which is good! The surrounding area is convenient as well as it's near a convenience store, restaurants and subway station. I would recommend this hotel for its value, cleanliness and convenience. 👍

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house. The space is spacious, with plenty of room to place luggage in the room. The bathroom is clean and includes a hairdryer, and there is a heater to keep you warm. It is conveniently located near the metro, making travel easy. This was my first time staying in a homestay, and I was very impressed.

Efter en lång resa till Shanghai sökte jag efter ”Lujiazui” på Ctrip och det här stället dök omedelbart upp. Jag jämförde många andra alternativ innan jag slutligen valde det här. Miljön var trevlig, faciliteterna var ganska nya och stället var mycket rent. Rummen var rymliga. Det stora sovrummet var mycket mjukt och bekvämt, och tatamimattorna var ett stort plus för våra äldre, eftersom de inte gillar särskilt mjuka sängar. Servicen var utmärkt.

I liked almost everything, it was beautiful there as well as in the photos. A complete coincidence. A lot of light. Everything is thought out and comfortable. The washing machine had a bad smell, it needs to be worked on and cleaned. Not all the tiles in the bathroom were clean, in some places there was yellowness that needed to be cleaned. The toilet was clean, but the sink wasn't quite. The air conditioner works well there. There are two of them. It was very warm.

This hotel has different room layouts so it is important to choose correctly. I initially booked the lower bunk with shared facilities which is in effect like having a bottom bunk in a hostel except here is a door to your own space. I shifted my arrival dates thus had to switch to a different room type: the single ensuite. I cost a bit more but was well worth it. I thought the room was well designed and the perfect solution for those who do not like to waste money on a hotel room…just want a clean and convenient place to sleep. The room had a single bed with an ensuite. The floor space was only sufficient to open the door, but other space was well designed. The space under the bed was sufficient for my multiple bags. Comfortable bed. Next to the headspace of the bed there were to shelves plus additional hooks to hang clothes…making 10 hooks in total….plus multiple hangers. Also next to the bed were additional light switches so you need not get up to turn off lights. There were two bottles of water, topped up each day, tissues, free earplugs and a small bin so while in bed you did not need to reach for the bin next to the bed or in the ensuite. These touches showed the thought put into the design during refurbishment of the space. The shower room was small but I had no problems. Shampoo and shower gel included as well as toothbrush and comb. Small mirror in ensuite and long mirror on wall. Wall mounted hairdryer. The towels are disposable type, not my preference and I used one alongside my travel towel. Housekeeping came each day to empty bins and top of water. The lady was very nice and upon noticing that I had been ill for a couple of days, inquired after my health and checked that I had medicine. There is a laundry; need to scan a QR code to use the program to pay. 8rmb for a wash and dry is a bargain. Near reception there is a microwave, water dispenser to get hot water, tea on tap as well as a wide selection of free tea bags, instant coffee as well as ground coffee machine & candies. The room has vents for air circulation on all the time (no windows) and a separate air conditioner control. When arriving I automatically turned on the air con, that night I felt uncomfortably warm. The aircon temp could not go lower than 18 which is reasonable except the temperature felt much higher than 18, and even though the fan speed sounded louder at different speeds it caused no movement in air. On the 2nd day I experimented with leaving the air con turned off….it was much cooler than when on so I did not use the air con again during my stay and was not too warm again. Location: West Nanjing road stop is on line 2 meaning no changes for Hongqiao or Pudong airports. It is also a connection for lines 12&13 making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The hotel is about 10-15min walk from the metro, which did not bother me at all, and I also made use of the many public bicycles. The hotel has responded to previous feedback as the instructions prior to check-in had detailed instructions from multiple dropping off points. I found the hotel no problem…it is on the 4th floor of a small building within a complex. When I went out on the first night, I came back to find that door locked, but it was easy to get back in by following the instructions from an alternative drop off point. Points to consider: - The walls of the ensuite are glass thus may be an issue if sharing a room - The walls are thin and sound travels so not good for a very light sleeper. I stayed 10 nights and on only 2 nights did I have a noisy neighbour - you may feel to cramped of travelling with large case. - the rooms on the inside have no windows. The continuous air circulation may cause dry eyes and throat when waking up. When in the room I sometimes left the door open to not feel stuffy. is new and modern. It was always clean. It is great value for money, especially considering it is in the city centre. I stayed 10 nights.

The hotel is located in a gold area and Manufac facilities in the room can be controlled by divorce. This is a convenience store still seeing the hotel which makes the shopping very convenient the 19 investor subway station online to is also very close. Shanghai is a big international city with Disney I really like Disney.

We had a great experience at this accommodation. The host was kind enough to fulfill my request for an iron. The washing machine was a convenient plus. The housekeeping lady came everyday. The apartment is clean and stylish. This was a comfortable stay, a home away from home. I would give some feedback to the host maybe they could provide some basic kitchen essentials such as plates, cutlery, dish soap and sponge. Overall we were happy with the place. ☺️🙂

Jag stannade 10 dagar i denna lägenhet. Jag var överlag besviken. +: Läge / reaktivitet för chefer / utsikt från fönstret / japansk stil -: Platsen är faktiskt 1 km från adressen på inlägget, det är en besvikelse och inte särskilt ärligt. Jag insåg att efter bokning, och bara för att jag frågade / lägenheten är ganska liten och inte särskilt välorganiserad, med mycket utrymme för 2 bäddar och inte mycket utrymme kvar för resten. / lägenheten var smutsig, med hår i sängen och på golvet och fläckar på soffan och sängen. Cheferna bad om en ”djuprengöring” när jag skickade dem bilderna på håret, men efter det fanns det fortfarande hår på flera ställen. Observera att trots att jag stannade 10 dagar hade cheferna inte planerat för en städning initialt. / A/C fungerar inte särskilt bra, jag var ganska kall de första dagarna när utetemperaturen var låg. Det finns en extra värmare men den förändrades inte mycket. / lägenheten saknade grundläggande saker (ingen ätpinne eller bestick, ingen svamp för att rengöra disk, toalettborsten ligger bara på golvet) - cheferna köpte saker när jag frågade dem, men det är konstigt att behöva be om så grundläggande saker (de sa att svampar är svåra att desinficera...) / wifi är långsamt - det kommer från lägenheten bredvid / låset gick faktiskt sönder när jag skulle lämna - överlag är lägenheten inte särskilt välskött

Great stay! Very convenient location, affordable price. We are hopping around China, and choosing affordable hotels for the night's rest with convenient locations. Only one thing that can bother sensitive sleepers: the railway right next to the hotel. But as a sensitive sleeper, I found comfort in that slow train sound. Very helpful personnel, clean, nice, spacious rooms. 🫶🏼
