"Good location close to the train station, but need to get a taxi to find an area with a good range of restaurants. Instructions and information pre arrival were excellent, made easy by the use of a WeChat mini-app. Arrival and entry was fast and smooth. Great communication. Apartment was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, with good facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom well equipped. My only negative comment would be that the wi-fi signal upstairs was very weak. Maybe a wi-fi extender or booster is needed? Other than that, it was ideal for a short stay. Very good value for money, backed by excellent service and a spotlessly clean apartment. Thank you !!"

"The hotel is in an apartment building. It is good for big family. There is an option for cooking which is great if you bring the whole family. The access to the beach is quite tricky. You have to go through the parking lot below. It was off season so the price is so affordable. I dont mind the minor damages in the unit like the door knob or shower head handle. Great for a weekend trip."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location of this hotel is fantastic, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. In the evening, the streets come alive with vendors selling a variety of delicious food. The city’s most famous attractions are also conveniently close. Getting to the hotel is very easy, as there is a direct bus from Shanwei Railway Station to the street where the hotel is located and the bus stop almost right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice, there is also WiFi, that works good."

"Warm reception by front desk ladies the moment we arrived. Basic hotel with basic amenities which includes a laundry room, providing us great convenience. Idea location smack in the middle of food street. Good massage place, market, pastry shop and fruit juice shop just opposite. Front desk lady also helpfully recommended a 7-seater car for day trip for 5 of us. Thanks for your hospitality over the 4 nights we have stayed."

"一進酒店就感覺環境乾淨整潔，大廳裝修很温馨，前台工作人員態度特別好，辦理入住效率高，服務熱情又有耐心，讓人一進來就很舒服。房間床品柔軟乾淨，睡得特別安穩。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品還是一次性的很衞生，細節做得很到位，衞生打掃得非常細緻，看得出來酒店很用心。地理位置也很方便，出行、吃飯都很便利，還看了很美麗的日落！無論是服務、衞生、環境還是設施，都挑不出毛病，性價比超高。下次來這邊還會選擇這家酒店，強烈推薦給大家！"

"整體是不錯的，我不介意走點樓梯所以被安排了入住最高層7樓的地方。這個房型事最便宜的，所以基本上都是安排到雙人單人床房，這個房間其中一個腰主要的地方是洗手間的抽空要常開不然渠道的氣味會充斥這整個淋浴空間，更有可能傳進房間裡，這方面可能酒店要重點處理一下。走得急沒來得及跟前台反映，希望他們看到評語會自行留意一下。其他妹什麼的，基本上都滿意，下次落去汕尾會再入住。"

Excellent
LLrong LimLocation is a few minutes by foot from Shanwei high speed railway station. But it is far from the city center. If given a choice, I would go for a hotel in the city center to be nearer to the attractions. Anyway, the room is very good. It is loft styled, very clean, bright, fresh, and inviting. To stay in the room itself is a pleasure enough. The bed was super comfortable and I had to kick myself to get out of bed. There are two toilets in this room, which was new to me. There are a few shops nearby for meals but other than that, there is nothing else around. I rented a motorcycle to go to the downtown area for sightseeing. Still, it is not really cost effective nor convenient for a tourist like me.

AAgnes CM LeeVery near to the Shanwei Station with clear instructions on getting to the room.
Room spacious and nicely furnished. The shower area a little small and if you are big size, may be a little restrictive.
Toilet was not flushed upon my arrival, and when I informed management, they were quick to offer me another room but I didn't take it because the other room was smaller. I was given a small token for the inconvenience by management.
I would recommend this place for ease of getting to or from the station. I chose this because my train arrived at almost 12am and I wanted to rest soon after I arrived. This place was perfect.
As for eateries, there were a few near the station, and more within walking distance, but of course it's not as convenient as being located near the Er Malu Night market.

海景是每日驚喜： 無論什麼天氣，窗外的海都有不同韻味。晴時碧藍如洗，陰天雲霧繚繞，泡杯茶坐在窗邊，看海浪翻湧，什麼煩惱都被滌盪乾淨。
潔癖都能安心的衞生： 浴室瓷磚縫都潔白無垢，光腳踩在地毯上也很放心。床品蓬鬆清爽，帶着陽光的味道，睡眠質量前所未有的好。
位置堪稱“王者級”： 二馬路美食街很近，從鮮掉眉毛的海鮮大排檔，到古早味的甜品鋪，夜宵輕鬆解決，深入市井的幸福感拉滿。

JJohnnywalkerStayed in the couple sea view room. The room itself is very nice! Great view of the Western beach (picture taken from room). Location can be seen as distant compared to some other hotels but its in a nice quiet street with path ways down the hill to the main sea side road. There's a bath tub which was quite nice.
As a non Chinese speaker, there wasn't much of a service to rate, there was no effort made to share what's in the area or tips anything like that - let alone a smile from the receptionist. The room had bits of hair and dust lying around and overall while it was a nice stay I would think there may be better alternatives at this price range.

GGästanvändareI would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

GGästanvändare真心覺得這次金町灣選的海邊公寓太值了！完全超出預期，不是那種照騙房源，我們訂的海景房，推開陽台門就是一片蔚藍大海，視野特別開闊，連遠處的風帆禮堂都能看得清清楚楚，傍晚坐在陽台吹海風看日落，橘紅色的晚霞灑在海面上，波光粼粼的真的美到失語。而且位置超方便，下樓步行兩三分鐘就到沙灘，沙子特別細軟，光腳踩一點都不硌腳，早上起來去趕海還能撿到小貝殼小螃蟹，晚上想去逛夜市也很近，溜達着就能到，買些海鮮小吃回來在公寓簡單加工也很方便。房間收拾得特別乾淨，床單被罩都是香香的，洗漱用品、廚具這些基本的都配齊了，熱水足網速也快，一家人住得舒舒服服的，房東人也超好，問什麼都秒回，還貼心告訴我們附近好吃的小店和拍照好看的點位，這次金町灣之旅因為這個住處幸福感直接拉滿，下次再來肯定還訂這家！

MMama_watotoPros: Spacious space, comfortable bedding, balcony, facing the beach. Accessible within walking distance to the beach. The owner was proactive in communication. Provided tissues and toothbrush etc.
Cons: Cleanliness could be better. For an Airbnb there were very limited resources, no microwave, no spoons, no pots, we had to buy stuff.
Closeness to the beach was crazy during the ***** new year, we couldn't sleep for 3 nights because of fireworks. If you fancy your sleep, don't travel there during this period.
Food options very limited.

AAlec Muklewicz 穆子德The hotel is nestled in a bustling and happening area of Shanwei, and was, overall, a great hotel for the purpose of a weekend getaway out of Shenzhen.
We went in the off-season, but the site in normal times offers beach access, several bars and restaraunts of different varieties (including Chinese and SOME international food options), some nice photo opportunities, among other things
The location of the hotel is a little unclear, but you will find their office near the corner of the large intersection - from there, it is easy to acces their rooms from multiple entry points. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was safe, clean, and affordable. It had a great view of the sea, if a just a little set back from it
Highly recommend a stay here!
