The only negative thing I had was when the woman mopped the floor. She was a dirty mop in the floor smelled. I had to go back and re-mop the floor with bleach so it was clean and didn't smell."

"地理位置是首選，為什麼沒有選吾悦廣場？因為那種大商場千篇一律沒啥意思。特意回來老城區看下，附近的龍城商圈，都是小時候滿滿的回憶。去了怡源，四中，高觀市場，中豪廣場等等。酒店裝修挺新的，店內房間沒啥好拍的，參考其他人圖片。定位準，就是原來的東南大酒店。酒店在車子左邊，往前開幾十米，有個停車指示牌拐進去，需要自費停車費，一天封頂40元。酒店會報銷20元。整體比較滿意，建議推薦。"

GGästanvändare設施方面：前台在悦公館2棟四樓439B（有阿姨在前台，辦理入住需要電話加微信辦理），有電梯，房間比預期的要大，無異味，地板牆壁都很乾凈，裝修風格簡約舒適，冰箱無異味，洗澡水壓適宜，浴室空間恰到好處，掛鈎多很方便，排水ok。投影儀有一點點歪不太好調整（不影響正常觀影），桌子要是高一點像下層B間一樣就好了（方便電腦辦公），房間插座很多燈控也方便，有床頭氛圍燈（藍色）和裝飾樹燈✨，空調很涼快（26度甚至有點冷），窗台有晾衣架，網速打遊戲刷視頻沒問題。樓下就是吾悦廣場吃喝玩樂很方便，附近車流多打車可能有點久。房間樓層稍低樓下是燒烤攤晚上有點噪音，對面有施工地，樓層高點就完美了。
服務方面：怒贊👍第二天的物品補給和衞生清潔需求會提前微信詢問，垃圾放門口阿姨很快會收走。離店可以在前台免費暫存行李（需微信告知前台），走的時候落了一個掛件多虧阿姨提醒，感謝感謝🌹
公寓中午十二點退房，建議提前做好離店準備。

The room is spacious and clean. They only provided housekeeping when required, this is because most of the guests are with important valuables.
Super strategic location with just a few minutes walk to Tian Guang Xu and surrounding with eateries from day to night time.
Indeed there are many Jade polishing shops at same street and you can hear the noises in morning. As my room is at high floor so it was not a concern to me at all.
Will definitely come back again

AAnonym användare房間內設施還是不錯的，然後酒店的設施也是很完善的，在酒店的頂樓好像是有洗衣機洗衣房，但我還沒有去過，然後房間裏面呢，是有投影儀的設施還是很完備的，然後房間也挺大，就是隔音有點差，隔壁房間在唱歌的聲音都可以聽到，然後周邊的外賣也很多商場之類的也有地方可以逛一下的。
