The Xinghui Tea-themed Stay is actually a very pretty place. It is artistically designed & seems to be newly renovated with modern facilities. Its toilet takes after the so-called Japanese style. Unfortunately the air conditioning system didn’t appear to work well because we woke up bathed in sweat in the middle of the night. In our sleepy state we couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler. That was a real dampener. Otherwise it’s just off the main happening street which ensures it’s not noisy. A good place to stay if you want to explore the ancient city after dark. That is if they fix the air conditioner! works!

大家的點評幫到了我，我也把自己真實的感受寫下來。來青州住3個晚上，很少有吧。帶老幼出行，要考慮的和説走就走的年輕人肯定不一樣。店主很熱心，服務周到，沒得説，小院也很乾凈整齊，挑不出毛病。位置離東門不遠，離主街也不遠。如果可以走路，去哪裡都可以步行。房間乾淨，布草什麼的都可以。為了住的舒服，我定了一間套間，裏面是一張大床，一張小床，兩個牀頭櫃，一個衣架。別的設施沒有了。廳裡帶一個洗手間，有一張長桌，一個邊櫃，上面是電視。到沒有電視信號。佈局猛一看不錯。但住起來，覺得少一些細節的設施。沒有差評的意思，就是自己的觀察和感受。一，沒有沙發，在房間裏沒有放鬆的地方。要麼是坐實木桌椅，要麼上床。二，沒有櫃子，很多東西沒地方放，要不就放桌上，要不就到處找。三，衞生間沒有掛鈎，沒有洗手枱，個人洗漱用品沒地方放。沐浴蓬頭在洗手池和馬桶之間，沒有隔斷，洗個澡，哪裡都是濕的。熱水器衹能供一個人洗澡。下面在洗衹能等水再燒熱。四，裏面房間沒有空調，房間又高，窗子也高的，不太大，所以有些悶和冷。温度要靠外面的空調來帶，好在沒什麼噪音，但問題是睡覺的房間大，冷，外面的房間小暖風吹的很燥熱。五，外面的房間有一個落地門，如果不拉簾，沒有私隱，如果拉簾，就很封閉。第六，沒有落地鏡子。對女生有些不方便。以上這些都是設計或硬件問題。而且是長住才會遇到的。除此之外，店家的熱情，好客，周到服務都要給好評。我在當地遇到的所有人都很質樸和實在。為好客山東點贊。推薦一個租車的老闆，可以送三輪車上門，一小時10元，比坐電瓶車方便，便宜。推薦一個主街上的漢服拍照，我在那裡做的粧照還行，攝影師也不錯。電話如圖。此外還有一些80年代風格的飯館，可以看看。那個梨水不好喝，糖葫蘆性價比不高。槐樹煎包不錯，東哥的雞也不錯。慶安飯莊不推薦，雲門湊合。吃的最和胃口的是範公亭院。

挺文藝有格調的民宿，親民的價格，住宿環境超預期。衞生很放心，感覺山東人都勤勞能幹愛乾淨。地理位置也好，吃飯方便，出門就是青州宋城，還有河邊可以溜達，走着去商業街很近，去吃青州當地特色菜走路也不遠。小院鬧中取靜，寵物友好，小狗不上床，不亂拉尿，一起在屋裡美滋滋。投影看的也很爽。老闆推薦暫時免費的停車場，離民宿位置也近，停車安心不拍違章貼條。推薦的早餐也美味實惠。

I am a foreigner, I previously lived in weifang for 4 years however this was my first time visiting this particular hotel. My partner and I had an amazing experience during my stay there. The receptionists were all very friendly, kind and welcoming. The room service was always on time and the facilities were well maintained as well as neat. I am extremely impressed and happy with my overall experience during my stay at this hotel .

我們是東北老年夫妻自駕一路玩到天津，從天津要來青州古鎮，在網上定房的時候，我們沒有考慮到天津限號，結果早晨出發時才知道限號走不了，我趕緊聯繫店家，店主二話沒説就給我改到第二天，省了我很多麻煩。到店時，店主又帶我把車停到停車場，又不厭其煩地為我講解古城的景點，萬物俱細，小到吃什麼都説的很明白，就沖這樣的熱情及熱心也該給5分好評。至於環境也是讓人滿意的，小院佈置的清新典雅，屋內書法作品增添了文化氛圍，最有趣的是屋內玻璃牆上掛着一把傘。遠看是槍，近看才是傘，又添了一份人文關懷。坐便是智能的，漸冷的天氣，感受到一份温暖，自動飲水機不僅提供了便捷，也多一點雅趣。總之，有家的感覺。除此之外，提一點小小建議，室內備兩雙一次性拖鞋就更完美了。（浴室裏有拖鞋）

首先，地腳非常適合逛古城，第二房間小巧玲瓏，功能齊全 特別值得稱讚的是24H熱水 花灑壓力噴的特舒服。第三，衞生乾淨，智能馬桶坐墊自加熱 第四 房間温度適宜 儘管所謂的市政地暖供熱 但並不感覺到了氣温明顯增高，衹好再加空調提高室內温度。第四 早餐花樣繁多 可口實惠。第五，吧枱服務人員服務態度特好 站着迎賓客，不笑不説話。自助餐廳的服務人員同樣時熱情待客。這是我住如家連鎖酒店體驗感最好的一次。

Nice central hotel, overlooking a lovely park where we took a walk. Close to the In zone mall and the amusement park which was loads of fun 😁. We visited the ancient town and garden as well which was beautiful and steeped in history. Our last day we had lunch at the seafood restaurant next to the hotel. The service and the food was great 👍😄

房間挺大的，就是沙發太小了，這麼小能否放上兩個在一起？另外，房間衹有兩瓶礦泉水，前台服務不錯，另外給了礦泉水，但是房間裏怎麼沒有茶和咖啡？早餐一般，稀飯水加多了，米少

Truly incredible, this was my first time in 青州 but it will definitely not be the last, location is in the midst of the city and right next to the ancient town and street. It's also located near a very old village they are sweet people and I recommend going, the boss recommended it (entry is 40yuan, but it's definitely worth it). Boss is very friendly and helpful. The stay was clean and nice, and I'll book this next time again.

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, malls, and cultural attractions. We were even able to walk to the room from the main train station! The apartment itself was moderately clean--kind of run-down and could just a use a good overall deep cleaning but it was not terrible. If you stay here during the cooler seasons (as we did--February), you will find the apartment to be quite cold. There is a small wall-mounted AC/heat unit, but it was never able to make the apartment feel warm. This place would probably be fantastic in the summer. Also, keep in mind that electricity is not included, so you will be charged for any electricity you use. This will usually not be a bit deal, but if you stay in the colder months, you will want to run the heat, and that will add to your expenses. Oh, and if you're a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese, staying here will be a bit more challenging, but the landlord was very helpful in trying to communicate. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for the price, especially in the summer.
