"因為回老家看年邁的姥姥，因為離的近，因為是連鎖相信，因為想住着安心…種種原因原則這家酒店，結果入住當天前台跟我説是特價房，一個勁的推銷要我辦理會員，我很無語，緊接着就是告訴我特價房的不好，我無奈的説一句，就不能免費升級嗎？她果斷説不行；好吧，我也認了，畢竟訂房的時候並沒有説明是特價房和缺點！我想着就是睡個覺，洗個澡，白天都不在酒店，結果意外發生了：
1️⃣特價房的洗浴水壓不穩，而且是冷水，我打電話告訴前台，前台讓一個大爺上來看，然後説什麼是水壓的問題，説什麼洗澡時間是高峯期…我很無語、很氣憤！
2️⃣到前台找要説法，一副愛答不理，還好有個好的服務員，服務很好，幫我重新換了房間，很會安撫人，你們酒店有這樣的服務員真該燒高香了！好好留着！比那些*****的強百倍！
3️⃣換了房間後結果第二天又發現床單換後是這個樣子！我真的很氣憤！（還好之後給換掉了！）
不是，現在的漢庭成這樣了嗎？服務人員意識有待提高！我這每年都是要入住的，因為離家近，看姥人家方便，要不是離家近，我是真心不願意再住這樣的酒店！這已經不是第一次了！上一次的體驗也不好！"

"這次帶娃入住這家親子酒店真的太驚喜了！從踏入大堂開始，就感受到濃濃的親子氛圍，工作人員對小朋友特別熱情
房間佈置得特別用心，空間寬敞，洗漱間用品齊全，
早餐種類豐富，蒸煮煎炒涼菜，雜菜和水果，娃吃得特別香。地理位置也很方便，去周邊景點或者商場都不遠，沉浸式帶娃出行省時又省力。
總之，這是一次超棒的入住體驗，工作人員耐心又周到，把孩子照顧得妥妥帖帖，下次帶娃旅行還會選這裏，強烈推薦給各位寶爸寶媽！"
