最想誇誇前台小姐姐，辦理入住時笑容特別親切，還主動告訴我附近的寶藏餐廳；客房阿姨每天打掃都很細緻，連我隨手放在桌上的充電線都幫我整理好了。晚上睡覺特別安靜，睡得超香，早餐種類也超豐富，中西式都有，新鮮又好吃。

西峽山城賓館給我們此次旅行留下深刻印象，
一是前台服務超好，主動幫助客人拎包上樓，另外本人粗心大意，隨身物品包遺忘在房間，服務員多次打電話告之，聯繫上後主動提出給我郵寄回家，真是非常暖心！非常感謝！特別是客房部服務員，必須給五星好評！

提前兩個月訂的酒店，臨住中午突然一個電話告訴我沒有房間了。提前兩個月訂的人沒有房間，讓提前兩個月住的人轉。怎麼不拒絕訂房，怎麼不把後面訂的人攆出去啊。一開始還説給你們定了老高級的亞朵酒店肯定不會讓你吃虧的，我看過的老不錯了，問具體位置又不吭氣。看的真準本來就是圖距離近訂的酒店，把我們轉手到三四公裡外的酒店，説補償包車送，不改轉酒店我步行都能到地方。共享單車一路上看見三四個酒店不説訂。辛辛苦苦給我找個3.7評分老不容易嗎。早上起來打電話問車子，讓我們等了二十分鐘又拖了到三四個人上車才發車。
