"有一説一，前台服務非常熱情。 開始來到門面大堂的時候有點忐忑，沒有想到房間在後麪一排樓。房間裏還是挺乾淨的，也不小，特別是早晨的早餐，雖然簡單，但是味道不錯。 在雲上四季，在餘姚的美食街上，周圍各種餐飲店非常齊全，晚上來逛逛相當不錯。"

"1.酒店的房間面積挺大的，房間的衞生也做的不錯。最重要的是隔音效果不錯，晚上很安靜。 2.酒店周圍也有吃飯的地方，步行可到。去高鐵站和景點的公交車站也很近。 3.酒店的前台服務也可以，平易近人。 唯一的缺點就是酒店的公共區域居然不禁煙，酒店大堂和整個電梯間裏充斥着濃濃的煙味，希望可以改進一下。"
