"Pros: Great location for the wonderfully atmospheric Chikan old town and the verdant park across the road. Good view of the latter. Laundry facilities available. Clean sheets, bathroom etc. There is a food street just around the corner for dinner etc.
Cons: A bit noisy at night with the intersection below and an older local gentleman singing quite late in the evening in the park. Bed a little hard."

"The counter service is best.
i) When we arrived at this hotel, the lady receiptionist gave a warm welcome and ask us to leave a contact number becuase if we left behind somethings, she can called us immediately when checking out. We are Malaysians and do not have the China telephone number, instead i gave my Wechat contact to her for easy communication. The second day while we are on the train from Zhanjiang West to Haikou, we received a message from the receiptionist saying that one package of souvenir was left behind. She done all the trouble to pack nicely the souvenir and looking for the fastest courier service to our hotel in Haikou as we will be leaving China in two days.
Thank you lady, your service is the best and we have received the package the night before departure. Although the souvenir is not costly, but your service warm our heart. We wish your hotel be proseprous in the near future.
ii) On the day of arrival, we went to the next street to have late lunch and sudden rain came. The lady receiptionist offer to send umbralla to us.
iii) During check out, she assisted us to book transport to the train station.
The hotel room is not big but it is nicely set up. There are plenty of foods outlets along the street and at night the place is busy with many food stalls/hawkers just infront of the hotel."

"酒店所處位置還是不錯的，很靠近萬達廣場，出去海邊也挺方便。裝修風格現代簡約風，沒有多餘的浮誇設計。有配備洗衣機，小冰箱，熱水器是電儲熱式，記得要提前打開。有投影儀。是智能門鎖，授權後。可以手機藍牙開啟，很方便，不用輸密碼。記得導航點到了之後一定往地下停車場西塔。不介意的話可以停到-2。負2層機動停車位比較多。離電梯間也近，裝卸行李方便。"

"Under min resa under nationaldagen blev vi strandsatta en extra dag på grund av tyfonen. Hotellets faciliteter var utmärkta; de ordnade omedelbart rumsbyten när problem uppstod under tyfonen och lugnade oss snabbt. Hotellet ligger i ett mycket bekvämt område med ett brett utbud av matställen, vilket gör det perfekt för familjeresor."

MmskimverlyWe originally planned to stay for just three nights but ended up extending for an extra night because Zhanjiang is such a wonderful city, and the accommodation is absolutely perfect. It has everything we need and is conveniently located near all the essentials. We’ll definitely be back!

GGästanvändareHuge room and comfy bed. new opened so everything is mint, but overall housekeeping/FM kept up is only 7/10 for such a new open hotel where the outside windows are a bit dirty.
No breakfast but its on top of shopping small so its easier to find better food just downstair. The price isn't fair for the space, location, and being new but it is not a conventional hotel with its own lobby. It only occupied 2 floors in a tall building.
Parking is in the mall and they compensate 20 for a 40 overnight. Since we booked 2 rooms, they'll reimburse us the other 20, making it free.

GGästanvändare位置在熱鬧的萬達廣場，我們要傍晚才入住，店家下午就主動問了我們到店時間，告之房間號和密碼，給的定位也很準確。我們一家四口，大的孩子已經成年了，因此需2個房間。春節期間，他們這個價格還是很合理的。店家給的是一個帶洗衣機的，一個沒有洗衣機的房間，都是提前微信告知的。春節期間樓下美食店全部都開門，不需要再打車出去吃飯。這個位置到紅嘴鷗遊船或者老街，打車都是方便的。去湛江
北站也衹需要19分鐘。
特別感謝一下，我們早上離開去趕高鐵。孩子的耳機掉在房間裏面，店家很快就幫我們找到了，幫我快遞迴家。
冬天來湛江旅遊是個很好的地方！

KKatiaJThe view from the balcony is great!!! The sofa and cushions on the sofa are dirty, decorated very simply, not at all like in the picture. The apartment is large, the lock with a code. The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂

CChakoozI had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

TThe Domestic China TravelerExcellent location in that it is near the Walmart store and a lot of shops and restaurants. I really liked how it is near the printing shop, because I had something important to print out. Nice fresh towels are provided and I like how you don't have to checkout till around 3 in the afternoon! Receptionist people were nice and friendly. Only bad thing through no fault of their own of course was some person that kept sticking cards of the numbers of beautiful chinese women to date. Will be more than happy to stay at this place again if I happen to be in the area!

TThe Domestic China TravelerOwner was nice and friendly. Was in a good location where it was around a lot of shops and restaurants. Had a washer where you can wash your clothing. Had screwdrivers that I was able to use to try to fix your suitcase. The place was unfortunately run down and dingy. The floor was dirty. The door knob handles where broken, where it wasn't the most easiest to open. There wasn't anyway to flush toilet, due to there being no lever to flush it.
Was not able to take a shower or brush my teeth because there was no water running through them.

TThe Domestic China TravelerLocation was good in that it was near some small grocery stores and restaurants. I liked how it was near the farm of the place that I was visiting and volunteering at. The only negative on the location was that it was hard to find since there was no address and it was in an alleyway. Room was clean, the owner was nice and friendly. I like how the room had a washer for guests to wash their clothes in. The only negative was that there were no towels and the toilet doesn't have a flush button. Toilet is in small area. The shower was too small for me to take a shower in. Would be more than happy to comeback to this place if I needed to.
