"Rooms were very small and a bit worn off, but bed was okay and comfortable. To open the windows, you need to climb on the bed first. Bathroom small but more or less clean - no room service except you ask for it! Breakfast simple but okay, location great beeing directly in City Center. Next subway station to airport was a 10min walk. Get the Burger just out the door when you see it’s empty - because it usually always is crowded!"

"Copenhagen Downtown Hostel – Capsule Stay Review This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in Copenhagen (£80 per night), after hearing positive feedback from friends who had travelled here. I decided to try the quiet zone option with a comfortable capsule located near the hostel facilities. Pros: • Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance. • Easy access to all main attractions. • The capsule area was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I left with mixed feelings. While the location and cleanliness met expectations, the hostel’s operation style felt more “self-service” and less attentive to guest concerns. On the first night, my sleep was disrupted by a guest in the quiet zone who was both noisy and snored loudly throughout the night. It affected everyone in the vicinity, and despite some guests (myself included) gently knocking to try and reduce the disturbance, it continued until morning. On the second night, the same issue occurred, but it was made worse by a sudden emergency alarm at around 4:45 AM, requiring all guests to evacuate and wait outside for inspection before returning to bed. Understandably, safety comes first, but the timing and the combination of disturbances made it impossible to rest. When I tried to contact staff in the middle of the night, there was no one available, so I had to raise the issue through Trip.com. Although staff later offered some coins as a goodwill gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the £80 per night rate... especially when nearby private rooms can be found for much less. Sadly, what I hoped would be a unique and comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I would advise light sleepers to consider alternatives."

Men miljön är ren Den största och största fördelen är att det ligger nära tågstationen, så jag åkte också till Schweiz Pris/prestanda-förhållandet är ganska bra, i denna dyraste stad i världen."

"Extremely good value for money. Clean, bright hotel, nice reception, big enough and very pleasant room for the price point. Great staff, drinks sold downstairs in the lobby. I was very happy with the excellent value for money. The location was a 4 not a 5 as it was a little bit away from the centre, but very close to Tivoli."

"I liked everything about this place. If I ever come back to Copenhagen I will be their guest again. The room was clean , staff was polite , breakfast was great. Location also convinient , 2 mins away from huge supermarket and 6-7 mins walk to the train station/subway ( both at the same place ) . If you want to catch the train to Airport it's only two stations away and if you want to go to Malmo, Sweden also convinient , you need to take the same train. Subway will help you go downtown , you will be away 10 mins. Good luck!"

"Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse, platsen är fantastisk, riktigt nära tunnelbanan och tågstationen. Om du ska dit för en kväll på kungliga arenan är det ett bra ställe att bo på! Rummet är litet men det har allt du behöver. Personalen verkligen snäll och hjälpsam, skulle definitivt åka tillbaka!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near both the airport and the Metro station. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet there are grocery stores and a few dining options within walking distance. I arrived early, and although my room wasn’t ready for check-in, the hotel offered locker storage for an additional fee, which was helpful. The room itself was cozy and perfectly fine for a solo traveler, though it might feel a bit tight for two people. One thing to note—there was no air conditioning in the room. I’m not sure if that’s typical in Denmark, but it did get quite warm during the day. Many guests opened their windows for ventilation, but since I was on the ground floor, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving mine open. Despite that, I had a pleasant stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"The room is quite spacious with three beds, though the hotel feels a bit dated. A major issue, however, is the shower space in the bathroom; once you pull the shower curtain, it becomes so narrow that it is very easy to accidentally touch the scalding hot faucet. Aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine."

"Av 3 City Hub är den här vår mest favorit! Naturligtvis ger bastun fler poäng, men vi älskar också att anläggningarna är ganska nya och rena. Deras lilla kök är perfekt för oss att göra lite frukost. Läget är ganska trevligt, nära några stormarknader och en trevlig bageributik. Mycket nära centralstationen också. Vi hoppas att bo där igen nästa resa!"
