"I stayed with my family at this hotel, but they left a little earlier than me. My friend wanted to stay there so that we can go out late , come back to the hotel and he would be able to take me to that airport the next day but the hotel rejected him because he is from Ciaro. I tried to apply for a refund but was rejected. I would like to withdraw the previous review, which was written under peer pressure on the( 2nd day) from one of the hotel staff members named : Hindu. The hotel was fine, but some things weren't for 1) discrimination against guests. 2) denying a refund 3) things went missing from the hotel room 4) the shower wasn't always working well 5) the carpet was very damp when I first arrived 5) my other family members had problems with the restroom, dirty water was coming up 6) my aircon wasnt working, i asked several times for help but to no avail 7) the keys were moved from one reception to another without informing guests. 8) pushy staff members are always asking for us to write reviews ( not all the staff members were like this. They were kind, helpful and present) 9) the hotel offers airport transfer but it's really expensive. Uber is much cheaper. * I wouldn't have written, I would've let it just go but but since the hotel refuses to give a refund, I think it's only fair that other know what my REAL experience was like ."

"Our experience was GREAT. It is ranked as a hostel but it felt like a hotel. Private room was spacious with bed, sofa, wardrobe and private bathroom. Very clean. And the staff was beyond kind, a young team running the place both profesional and close. A special thanks to Wafaa, Asmaa and Ala - they made our trip to Cairo very special and if we return, it will be to the same place"

"Mycket nära Tahir-torget och Egyptiska museet. Läget är lite svårt att hitta eftersom ingen skylt nämns och hotellet ligger på tredje våningen. Personalen är dock mycket glad och hjälpsam och tillgodoser alla behov för en trevlig vistelse. Rymliga rum."

"This was an ok hostel stay. I would have rated 5/5 had it not been for 3 things: 1. Had to rent towels 2. Smoking right outside the door, which meant the reception/common area reeked of smoke whenever someone was smoking. 3. Flies were buzzing around at breakfast time."

"Excellent location near Tahrir Square / Egyptian Museum and Sadat Metro Station. Staff were excellent in particular the manager Mr Ahmed receptionist Alaa and house keeping Azze. Breakfast was good. 7 floors reception and communal lounge on top floor. Whilst we were there I was admitted to hospital they checked up on me daily via my wife and friend who was also staying at the hotel. Warm welcome back when I recovered. About 20 to 30 minute car journey to GEM and the Giza Plateau / Pyramids and Sphinx. About 45 minutes to an hour drive to both Sphinx and Cairo Airports"

"Arrived late for overnight stay. got the VIP treatment . Unfortunately i forgot to request a non smoking room, but immediately got a lovely smoke free room in 2 minutes. Clean linen and pillows. Amazing. Egyptian breakfast delivered to room. A delicious breakfast the bean soup so tasty. Well worth the price for the night."

"The best hostel in Cairo ever! The only little problem is no AC, but considering most guests will not stay in the room daytime, I is not a big deal. The owners are super nice and friendly, you will definitely find it like a home to you. BTW cute cats might ask for your food.😻😻"

"Excellent, le petit déjeuner, la chambre, le personnel tout spécialement Mostafa Mohamed qui est très professionel"

"首先必須贊就是酒店房間很乾凈，而且很安靜。像我對音量這麼高要求的，這個酒店真的很安靜。樓下又是繁華的步行街之類的，吃飯和閑逛也很方便，距離埃及博物館也非常近，很不錯。前台也非常nice。"
