we stayed in a twin bed room. the room is so clean and there’s an air conditioner and two free bottles of water, so we had a very comfortable stay. there’s a wash machine in the bathroom. i booked the room the day before, and we arrived in giza early in the morning by night bus, so i asked if we could check in early. fortunately, they let us check in at 7am. appreciate it. ツインルームに泊まりました。外観は古いビルですが、お部屋の中はとても綺麗で清潔です。朝7時からチェックインができないかwhatsapp で連絡したところ、快く受け入れてくださり本当に助かりました。ロケーションが良いのかは分からないですが、有名なバザールや近くのショッピングモール、帰りの空港までタクシーで問題無く行けたので、特に気になりませんでした。トイレ付きのシャワールームに洗濯機が付いていて、長期滞在の人にもおすすめです。シャワーを利用しなかったので使いませんでしたが、タオルも置いてありました。

I had an acceptable stay at the Montana Hotel in Cairo. The overall experience was average, especially considering the price point. The service was friendly and helpful—staff were polite and responsive, always willing to assist with any requests. The facilities were basic need to keep an eye on cleaning and functionality of WiFi. The room was tidy and had the essentials, though not particularly luxurious. It’s a good choice for travelers looking for a simple place to stay in a convenient location. As for the food, it was average—breakfast with a small variety of local and continental options. It’s probably not the hotel’s highlight, but it does the job if you’re not expecting gourmet meals. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option in Cairo with decent service. Great for short stays or if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.

Хороший отель в центре Каира. Расположен на 12 этаже, есть лифты. Шум трафика не ощущается. Можно заказать завтрак или кофе в кафе на крыше. В моем номере (124) был просторный балкон, современная душевая, холодильник, шкаф. Персонал в отеле отзывчивый.

The place was clean, the room was a little smaller than I imagined, staff polite and helpful, excellent stay for the price would recommend to those on a budget The lack of local shops on this very smart new development means remembering to buy everything elsewhere

Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse i allmänhet.Med tanke på Cairo-standarderna var lägenheten ren nog och bekväm.Närheten och platsen var utmärkt, med massor av stora restauranger och caféer i närheten. Det är också mycket nära Nilen, om en 7-minute gåtur.Det finns restauranger på båtar längs floden där du kan njuta av en måltid medan du tar i vyn, och du kan till och med gå på en Nilen kryssning från samma område. Ärligt talat behövde vi inte ta en taxi alls för middag eller kaféer.Det finns också en riktigt trevlig kaffe på hörnet med utmärkt kaffe.Jag rekommenderar det mycket. Byggnaden var mycket tyst, och vi hörde ingen ljud från grannar alls.Den enda ljudet var från trafik på gatan (bilar och motorcyklar), vilket är normalt och inte riktigt en nederkant av lägenheten. Byggnaden hade en säkerhetsvakt, och vi kunde till och med lämna våra bagage med honom efter checkout, vilket gjorde det mycket lättare för oss att utforska staden innan vi flyger. Slutligen, speciellt tack till Michael, värd.Han var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam under hela vår vistelse.Oavsett när vi skickade honom, svarade han alltid och vägledde oss med alla frågor vi hade.

The hotel is quite close to the Egyptian museum, The facility is okay - The place is quite old but clean. The hotel staff here are very nice especially Mr Anas he was quite energetic and really looking forward to service + friendly I didn't expect that he was invites me to the lunch together with them ** note** for someone who cannot sleep with the noise - the hotel is quite close to the Egyptian Street which is always honking the horn. Solution ** ust bring an earplug ( The one that you would receive on in airplane ) and everything's gonna be fine In conclusion this hotel is reasonably priced for this quality. if you don't expect for something luxury but friendly , This hotel could be your choice

I stayed with my family at this hotel, but they left a little earlier than me. My friend wanted to stay there so that we can go out late , come back to the hotel and he would be able to take me to that airport the next day but the hotel rejected him because he is from Ciaro. I tried to apply for a refund but was rejected. I would like to withdraw the previous review, which was written under peer pressure on the( 2nd day) from one of the hotel staff members named : Hindu. The hotel was fine, but some things weren't for 1) discrimination against guests. 2) denying a refund 3) things went missing from the hotel room 4) the shower wasn't always working well 5) the carpet was very damp when I first arrived 5) my other family members had problems with the restroom, dirty water was coming up 6) my aircon wasnt working, i asked several times for help but to no avail 7) the keys were moved from one reception to another without informing guests. 8) pushy staff members are always asking for us to write reviews ( not all the staff members were like this. They were kind, helpful and present) 9) the hotel offers airport transfer but it's really expensive. Uber is much cheaper. * I wouldn't have written, I would've let it just go but but since the hotel refuses to give a refund, I think it's only fair that other know what my REAL experience was like .

When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.
