"The owner always stays around to ensure that everything is taken care of. A shared bathroom is featured but is always kept clean. The hostel is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage may need some help and the staff are always willing to give a hand. I extended my stay to even the 7th day, beyond my original plan."

"I stayed with my family at this hotel, but they left a little earlier than me. My friend wanted to stay there so that we can go out late , come back to the hotel and he would be able to take me to that airport the next day but the hotel rejected him because he is from Ciaro. I tried to apply for a refund but was rejected. I would like to withdraw the previous review, which was written under peer pressure on the( 2nd day) from one of the hotel staff members named : Hindu. The hotel was fine, but some things weren't for 1) discrimination against guests. 2) denying a refund 3) things went missing from the hotel room 4) the shower wasn't always working well 5) the carpet was very damp when I first arrived 5) my other family members had problems with the restroom, dirty water was coming up 6) my aircon wasnt working, i asked several times for help but to no avail 7) the keys were moved from one reception to another without informing guests. 8) pushy staff members are always asking for us to write reviews ( not all the staff members were like this. They were kind, helpful and present) 9) the hotel offers airport transfer but it's really expensive. Uber is much cheaper. * I wouldn't have written, I would've let it just go but but since the hotel refuses to give a refund, I think it's only fair that other know what my REAL experience was like ."

"Acceptable as the price, the geographical location is excellent and central, but the service needs a lot of improvement. The level of cleanliness inside the rooms is low, the building is old, and the hotel is on the fifth and top floor, and there is no elevator."

"I cannot recommend staying at Cairo Paradise Hotel enough. We came on quite a spontaneous trip where we had not planned each day beforehand, we booked a hotel that felt good to us, in a good location and decided that we would ask for recommendations once there. We were welcomed extremely warmly by Ahmad, and had a big and beautiful room. From the first day, we were given so much advice based on our budget and interests: Amr gave us his experience and offered us to plan our days to make the most out of our time: we did not just visit many locations, we also had guides and did things in a certain order and at every hour. These made it into a very very busy and fun adventure! Apart from travel help, everyone was very generous at the hotel, we were offered tea, coffee and Egyptian food to try, and got a taxi ride to the airport to go back. They always made sure we were safe and had any question answered. I felt so welcomed to Egypt and Cairo and I hope to go back and see them again😄 Thank you to Ahmad, Amr and everyone else! One piece of advice: sometimes on iPhone maps when you write the hotel name it can get a little mixed up, make sure when you see the destination it is on Sherif Pasha Street but also: in between 26th July Street and Adly Street. The hotel is also opposite a cake shop called El Abd Patisserie. Celeste :)"

"This was an ok hostel stay. I would have rated 5/5 had it not been for 3 things: 1. Had to rent towels 2. Smoking right outside the door, which meant the reception/common area reeked of smoke whenever someone was smoking. 3. Flies were buzzing around at breakfast time."

"Mycket nära Tahir-torget och Egyptiska museet. Läget är lite svårt att hitta eftersom ingen skylt nämns och hotellet ligger på tredje våningen. Personalen är dock mycket glad och hjälpsam och tillgodoser alla behov för en trevlig vistelse. Rymliga rum."
