酒店情況: 非常驚訝可以在如此黃金的位置，門口就是地鐵站，街道對面就是西班牙有名的vinnci capital hotel. 步行範圍內各條熱門街道和普拉多博物館20分鐘就到。 雖然在熱鬧大街區，但鬧中相對靜的街上，房間窗户隔音做得超好，裝修很精緻，看得出來酒店老闆是品味不錯之人。 更值得點讚的是前台服務人員，不是某一個nice,而是每一個都如此nice. 從熱鬧的街區回到酒店，是温暖真誠感覺特別親和的接待人員，這旅行的感受太好了! 因為班車的原因，不是他們的錯，是攜程的錯，但他們表示感到抱歉! 為我升級了房型。 街道上隔壁就是日式餐廳然後是泰式餐廳，日式餐廳老闆是中國人，哈哈哈。 訂這間酒店有點周折。 攜程詳情上寫明有24小時機場到酒店之間的免費班車。我一個人出行，又是晚班機，有班車會安全。故毫不猶豫訂了。後來詢問班車時刻表才説沒有班車，我要取消訂單，不給取消，後來轉人工，不了了之，給攜程差評差評。

This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway. The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings. The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it. The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm. The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour.

The location is convenient. The staff are friendly I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice. However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet. I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement. If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.

It’s a very nice location with almost all attractions in walking distance. The only drawback I can say is that no certain for each bed so less privacy. Anyway, I do enjoy the stay in Madrid and if I go back to Madrid somehow I’d love to stay here again.

La ubicación es perfecta porque estás en pleno centro de Madrid. El personal muy agradable. La habitación era muy básica, aunque solo la necesitábamos para dormir, así que de sobras. Lo único que por el precio que pagas, esperaba un poco más en la habitación (no se había pasado el polvo en varios días y soy alérgica, el cabecero de la cama estaba desconchado, había alguna pared rallada, solo había una mesilla de noche y estaba dañada). Un punto positivo era que había difusor para el secador, que eso es casi un milagro. En general le doy puntuación media.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were kind and attentive, making the whole experience easy and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to others!

Jag var i en gemensam kvinnas sovrum.Snygg säng och plats.En handduk tillhandahölls men förbereddes för en kallvattensdusch.Inget riktigt kök att prata om.Bara en liten is över kylskåp och mikrovåg.Det är i en trevlig plats och lätt att gå till alla heta platser.

Air conditioning is strong and the temperature is comfortable. Luggage storage is 3 euros. When it got crowded the wait for reception was long. It is possible to borrow a hairdryer with passport as deposit. Overall a decent stay with fair price.

Boendet var rent.De har ingen hiss, men det är okej att gå några trappor.Delad badrum och toalett.Vatten för dusch var varmt nog.Det finns en fan i rummet.Platsen var nära en 24-timmars supermarknad. Nedslagen är att det inte fanns någon vattenkokare för människor som behövde varmt vatten:(men det är i allmänhet bra
