Уютный отель с хорошей локацией, нам с семьёй было очень комфортно

房間不大，洗手間比較小，洗澡間更小。有洗髮露沐浴露吹風機，牙刷牙膏要自帶。其他的衞生服務和早餐都不錯，可以免費寄存行李，電梯要刷房卡比較安全。酒店樓下車庫可以停車但不免費，酒店附近有不少餐廳還有奶茶店，對面就是優衣庫和名創優品，離地鐵站很近還蠻方便的。

Receptionist gives great tips what to do in Annecy! She is really friendly and service minded! Worth a stay in Annecy! Only negative is perhaps the Breakfast. That has to be improved!

La habitación es muy pequeña y el baño todavía más, se hace difícil moverse por el. La ubicacion es buena, está cerca de la estacion y del centro. No tiene calefaccion pero si un radiador.

Personne n'était à l'accueil, on doit rentrer grâce à une borne qui ne marche pas. Heureusement une employée nous a aidé au bout de 20mn. J'ai dû prouver que j'avais bien payé ma réservation. Petit déjeuner ok. Propreté, il y avait des bouts de mouchoirs sur la moquette de la chambre. Si la fenêtre est ouverte,c'est très bruyant, il y a une route et une station essence. Ils viennent d'ouvrir, quelques améliorations à apporter.

The staff were friendly, quite good breakfast with a view. Room is quite small for 4 ppl, only has 2 sockets, the shower cubicle is inside the room and it only has a button to press for the water. But I had great roommates which made the experience positive.

We checked in at late night, the room that was provided to us had bed bugs, literally could see live ones walking on the floor . Blood stains on the floor(crushed bed bugs). The room light also was not working. The images don’t do justice. Pros The receptionist was quite friendly and reasonable , he tried to help us out by checking for other rooms and did his best. The sheets were clean, bathroom was decent.
