Around-the-clock snacks at the mini-counter and a varied breakfast are both available.

Étant seul dans la chambre, je déplore toutefois qu’on me fasse payer de taxe de chez jour car j’ai pris une chambre, un grand lit.

"Décoration mur chambre sympa.grande douche propre et adapté pour personne handicapé. chambre équipé. Parking bien situé.
Hôtel bien placé, pas loin du Zénith où la Toison d or.
Accueil à l écoute du client en cas de problème.
On a eu un problème de composition du lit qui a été réglé très vite.petit déjeuner chère malgré le manque de choix."

"Our big room for our family is on the upper floor at the end of the building, it is one of the older rooms with worn out carpet and a few sunlight windows. If you are claustrophobic it is not suitable.
Disrespectful neighbours were smoking outside the foyer, although it is a non smoking hotel.
Staff were all very helpful and pleasant though, makes us feel welcomed.
Simple amenities. A one night stay is the maximum."

"À mon arrivée, l'accueil c'est bien passé, la personne était aimable et souriante . Malheureusement l'arrivée dans la chambre était tout autre, une forte odeur de tabac froid ( il est pourtant précisé qu'il est interdit de fumer dans les chambres sous peine d'être facturé 99€ de plus en cas de non respect)., Une trace dans les toilettes qui appartenait sûrement aux précédents occupents. Bref le nettoyage des chambres est à revoir. Pour clôre le tout, il était impossible de régler l'eau chaude pour la douche qui était soit brûlante, soit en filet d'eau tiède ( une bonne révision au niveau de la plomberie s'impose). J'ai signalé tous mes déboires au messieurs présent à l'accueil le lendemain matin, pas de chance pour moi, il ne s'exprimait pas en français et hochet la tête d'un oui à tout ce que je lui disais.Une chose est sûre, je ne retenterai pas l'expérience, ce n'est pas parce que l'hôtel n'est pas trop cher à la nuit, qu'il faut oublier de confort des voyageurs qui y font une halte.

VVikaViktoriiaОтличный уютный отель, чистый, удобно расположен - буквально 5 минут до ж.д и автовокзала, до центра - минут 10 пешком.
Номер у меня был одноместный, всё везде чисто, уборка ежедневная, гель/шампунь/мало пополняли. Номер просторный, несколько источников освещения, есть столик прикроватный, есть стол для работы, большое окно, однако при этом номер очень теплый, прям приятно и уютно было находиться.
Очень порадовала приветливость персонала - и сотрудники на регистрации, и другие сотрудники всегда и во всем помогали.
