"Att besöka Sparta Team Hotel var lätt att hitta och komma åt, bokningsprocessen var mycket enkel och jag checkades in inom 2 minuter. Rummen är stort värde för priset och var mycket ren, den enda anledningen till att inte sätta 5 * var att se ett par buggar men aldrig tillräckligt för att få mig att vilja lämna eller ångra mig. Läget är idealiskt om du vill besöka de viktigaste platserna i Aten, som ligger inom 20 minuter till de flesta av dem, men maten är mycket lättillgänglig med en mängd olika restauranger och barer runt hörnet eller ett par minuter bort. Jag skulle rekommendera hotellet till alla ensamresenärer som besöker Aten som vill hålla nere kostnaderna samtidigt som de har ett eget personligt rum."

"Lovely breakfast at the uppermost floor with an incredible view of Athens and the acropolis! The hotel is conveniently located to a shopping district and restaurant area. On our last morning, they took the time to pack us a breakfast to go since we had to leave early to catch our plane. Wonderful service and hospitality!"

"Great little hostel in a fantastic location. Close to everything you could want by foot. Clean, straightforward, towels provided, nice breakfast every morning with good variety and fresh stuff. Friendly staff. Rooms are barebones, of course, but it's a hostel. I'd stay there again!"

"This hotel represents good value for money in Athens. I selected a room with a delightful balcony and interesting street views - there is also tiny park opposite. The desk was fine to complete several hours of work. The air-conditioned worked extremely well. I also appreciated the mini fridge in the room, which many hotels with Athens don't have. However, the bathroom was little tiny. Its about 10 min walk to Omonia Metro station, which offers a direct line to the port area. There is an excellent supermarket about 10 min walk from the hotel. This area feels more like the real Athens, rather than hotels in tourist zones. This zone has wonderful multicultural feel. In the same street of this hotel, there are excellent hairdressers for $5 Euro a cut and fantastic stores to buy discount clothes and bags. I would certainly recommended this hotel for travellers that appreciate value for money and with great amenities like balcony and fridge."

"Det ligger några minuter från tunnelbanestationen, och du kan besöka ruinerna bara genom att åka några stopp. Det finns en restaurang där du kan äta grekisk mat och en stormarknad precis framför hotellet. Hotellfaciliteterna är något sämre. Rekommenderas för dig som vill spara pengar på boende bara genom att sova på natten"

"Amazing location. A couple minute walk from Monastiraki metro station. A short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum. Stayed in single room, with private bathroom and balcony. Check in was quick. I arrived early so left my luggage in coin lockers for the morning. Room was clean, shower was good (hot water and strong) Bed was good. Pillows were just ok. Balcony overlooking the alley was nice. Can sit out there and people watch. There's a common area across the alley in the main building. Only cons were - no hairdryer, no toiletries, and the doors are loud when they close. So if someone comes in late or leaves early the doors can wake u up. Some street noise of people talking but not bad. I recommend staying there and would stay there again. l"

"The best experience lies in its refrigerator, which makes them special from any other similar hostels in Athens. Considering the price, everything is theoretically Impeccable, beds are good, bathrooms are good, air-conditioning is good, staff are dood."

"Decent hotel and 2 mins walk from Omonia station. Area is rough with homeless and people on ***** but was told that it is safe to walk to Omnia station and back before 9pm as people wont disturb you. No issues in my 3 nights stay and i was back in the hotel before dark. Keys have to be deposited with the staff before leave the hotel and collected when you are back. They will verify the room number against your name."

"Location is convenient from Omonia station. good walking distance to acropolis and main center. The front desk staff are friendly and nice. There’s a lift but small flight of stairs up, also with assisted stairclimber. Nice pantry area to gather and make friends, or cook if you want. I booked a private room and while it’s a very huge size, there’s not much in the room. No desk, no hairdryer. The lockers are stacked on top of each other. In theory it’s ok, but what about shorter people? Why would I need lockers for a private room? (I know it’s a hostel yes, but this is a private twin room.) it should have been like a small hanging wardrobe or if the lockers need to be there it should be side by side on the floor. I also didn’t like the toilet is just one massive room. No sections for showering. The water just gets to the toilet bowl side easily. There should at least have been an elevated shower pedestal so water is kept in that area. I understand that this is a hostel, but for private rooms, shouldn’t it feel more like a hotel or Airbnb? Which should have basic things like a hairdryer etc (they don’t). Not very thoughtful when it comes to housekeeping - my toilet roll ran out, and they didn’t replace it. I dropped my towel on the floor to be replaced, it was hung back on the rack. It’s a dirty towel! Overall very disappointing with the light touches of the hotel. I didn’t spend cheap money for this, should have looked around more for what I paid."
