"Location is convenient from Omonia station. good walking distance to acropolis and main center. The front desk staff are friendly and nice. There’s a lift but small flight of stairs up, also with assisted stairclimber. Nice pantry area to gather and make friends, or cook if you want. I booked a private room and while it’s a very huge size, there’s not much in the room. No desk, no hairdryer. The lockers are stacked on top of each other. In theory it’s ok, but what about shorter people? Why would I need lockers for a private room? (I know it’s a hostel yes, but this is a private twin room.) it should have been like a small hanging wardrobe or if the lockers need to be there it should be side by side on the floor. I also didn’t like the toilet is just one massive room. No sections for showering. The water just gets to the toilet bowl side easily. There should at least have been an elevated shower pedestal so water is kept in that area. I understand that this is a hostel, but for private rooms, shouldn’t it feel more like a hotel or Airbnb? Which should have basic things like a hairdryer etc (they don’t). Not very thoughtful when it comes to housekeeping - my toilet roll ran out, and they didn’t replace it. I dropped my towel on the floor to be replaced, it was hung back on the rack. It’s a dirty towel! Overall very disappointing with the light touches of the hotel. I didn’t spend cheap money for this, should have looked around more for what I paid."

"Stayed in the hostel in Athens which is located in the City area. Breakfast were provided with great coffee and bread and butter/jam, cereals and milk. Happy hour from 7 pm - 9 pm where by free wines are provided and guests can meet up and mingle. Highly recommended."

"Rummet är normalt i storlek, rent, det finns varmt vatten utan avbrott, luftkonditioneringen fungerar. Frukosten är lite sparsam men överlag ok 👍🏻 Reception 24 timmar, mycket vänliga människor. Hotellet ligger inte långt från centrum, men området är så som så... hemlösa, narkomaner... de återvände till hotellet innan det blev mörkt, de riskerade inte att gå längs sådana gator 😬 Och så det finns inga klagomål på hotellet"

"Att besöka Sparta Team Hotel var lätt att hitta och komma åt, bokningsprocessen var mycket enkel och jag checkades in inom 2 minuter. Rummen är stort värde för priset och var mycket ren, den enda anledningen till att inte sätta 5 * var att se ett par buggar men aldrig tillräckligt för att få mig att vilja lämna eller ångra mig. Läget är idealiskt om du vill besöka de viktigaste platserna i Aten, som ligger inom 20 minuter till de flesta av dem, men maten är mycket lättillgänglig med en mängd olika restauranger och barer runt hörnet eller ett par minuter bort. Jag skulle rekommendera hotellet till alla ensamresenärer som besöker Aten som vill hålla nere kostnaderna samtidigt som de har ett eget personligt rum."

"It's really value for money if you want to catch a ferry from the nearby port but we were asked to hand the key of our car to the reception if we wanted to use the parking which was quite odd."

"Decent hotel and 2 mins walk from Omonia station. Area is rough with homeless and people on ***** but was told that it is safe to walk to Omnia station and back before 9pm as people wont disturb you. No issues in my 3 nights stay and i was back in the hotel before dark. Keys have to be deposited with the staff before leave the hotel and collected when you are back. They will verify the room number against your name."

"This has been a top fave hostel. Great location, super friendly staff and a great bunch of people. Very friendly atmosphere, had an absolute awesome stay. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.."

"Amazing location. A couple minute walk from Monastiraki metro station. A short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum. Stayed in single room, with private bathroom and balcony. Check in was quick. I arrived early so left my luggage in coin lockers for the morning. Room was clean, shower was good (hot water and strong) Bed was good. Pillows were just ok. Balcony overlooking the alley was nice. Can sit out there and people watch. There's a common area across the alley in the main building. Only cons were - no hairdryer, no toiletries, and the doors are loud when they close. So if someone comes in late or leaves early the doors can wake u up. Some street noise of people talking but not bad. I recommend staying there and would stay there again. l"
