DDr. Ong SoetantoI returned to Raden Patah Semarang Heritage for my second visit and I am glad to say that everything is still as good as before. The hotel is located close to many nice places to eat, making it easy to explore the area. The atmosphere is calm, the service is steady, and the overall experience feels wonderfully familiar.

GGästanvändareCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. GGästanvändareA nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day.
The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!

The room is small, without window, you can hear people talking or walk by. The cleanliness is really needed to improve, especialy for bathroom, and bed. The parking space is small and limited, but not too worry, they have security to assist you. Overall is quite nice to budget hotel.
