"The bed is awful. Moved to different and it was the same. The staff was kind enough to find a different room with maybe different bed. But unfortunately, both room have bad beds...I stayed at different hotels in semarang on the same level as this one and they have GOOD bed/matras. Will I go back? NO"

DDr. Ong SoetantoI returned to Raden Patah Semarang Heritage for my second visit and I am glad to say that everything is still as good as before. The hotel is located close to many nice places to eat, making it easy to explore the area. The atmosphere is calm, the service is steady, and the overall experience feels wonderfully familiar.

GGästanvändareCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

GGästanvändareThe location is superb, you need to pass small alley to go there. Many foods around area. The staff is very helpful. The room is small, without window, you can hear people talking or walk by. The cleanliness is really needed to improve, especialy for bathroom, and bed. The parking space is small and limited, but not too worry, they have security to assist you. Overall is quite nice to budget hotel.
