"We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency Mira Road. The highlight was definitely the staff — they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated that housekeeping was available frequently if required. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a great Indian selection and a few Western options as well.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to get transport into the city. Overall, it was excellent value for money and we would happily stay again!"

"I can say one of the best hotel one can get at this price in vashi navi mumbai. Staff service sanitation cleanliness everything was on point and can't demand more. I had previous experience when the check out time exceed the management just gets on your nerve but this time we check out around 20 min late and they were so cooperative towards us and were during checkout. And forgot to mention, food in there also tastes very good and u can definitely give it a try if you don't want unnecessary hustle for going out to have your dinner or lunch great hotel great management."

The location is a big plus, right in the main center of Belapur, making it convenient for getting around. Breakfast was decent and enough to start the day. Overall, a good experience with a nice balance of comfort and location.

The staff, hotel and restaurant, are very well mannered and polite. Overall worth staying

GGästanvändareThe overall stay was Average. Property & Stay - Wood Stock Acres Villa Resort is a very good property but it's not very well maintained as it should be. A day before i called them up requesting to give me rooms close by as both my parents are Senior Citizens who are above 70yrs so they told me they will try will do that but at the time of check in they showed me a Villa whose stairs were shaking and were not at all feasible for my parents to climb up. So after speaking to Ruhi and Ravi about the same they showed me Villa 9 in which room no 901 and 902 were allocated. So room 901 was down and room 902 was up which was Ok to us. After checking up in both the rooms my brother noticed there was a leakage issue in the bathroom in 901. Maintenance guy came but the problem wasn't sorted, so they offered us some other villa without asking for it. My brother and I both went to see the villa but it was the same again one room down and another room up so we finally decided to stick to Villa no 9. Staff - Staff is amazing. Pawan in the restaurant is an amazing guy who helped me and my family throughout our stay. Ruhi was also helpful
Food - Morning chef is just amazing. He just makes amazing and mouthwatering food. I didn't like the food which was being made on the 29th March night and I did complain about it. Please take care of this amazing property and more staff needs to be added for sure and Cleanliness is must too

1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk)
2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine.
Didn’t like:
1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos.
2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water
3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain
4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming.
5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.
