"The hostel itself was clean and well located, no complaints about that. But the girl at the reception was extremely rude. On the day of check-in, she was standing with another girl at the counter — when I asked if I could check in, she just said “no,” and they both laughed. When I asked what was wrong, they rolled their eyes and said it was “just a joke.”
On the day of check-out, I wanted to leave my luggage until the evening to explore the city. For the first time in 15 years of traveling, I’ve encountered a place where you can’t store your bags for free — you have to book paid luggage storage online. My card was declined by their website, so I politely asked if I could pay in cash or what I should do instead. She simply said “no,” turned away, and started helping other guests.
Usually, hotel staff try to assist travelers and offer some kind of solution, but this kind of attitude was truly disappointing."

"Great hostel had a really nice vibe to it and the rooms were spotless beds were comfy big luggage space too which is a bonus. The facilities were good the gym indoor pool sauna and steam room were great additions to my stay. The common room was okay was abit gutted they didn’t have a hob or an oven to cook food for the nights but overall was happy with my stay."

"Hotel Spagna! What a location and such friendly staff. So close to SMN station and to all the closest attractions. The staff are very friendly and check in was so easy. They also are very well informed and helped with recommendations for food/shops. The only ”issue” I faced was that the wifi wasn't working for 2 of the 3 nights that I was there.

"Я останавливалась на три ночи .Пешком до Санта Мария Новелла минут 20.Хозяева приятные люди ,встретили ,все рассказали .Завтрак был включен в стоимость ,вкусно .Кофе 👌Но общий душ и санузел ,имейте в виду.Я вставала рано утром ,в 7.00 примерно ,проблем не заметила.Wi-Fi тоже порадовал и большой новый телевизор (поддерживает видео с телефона).Выдали тапочки ,халат и полотенца .Под фен розетки подошли .Благодарю за гостеприимство."

"I stayed at Hotel Villani for 3 days! Worth it! Walking distance to the major attractions such as Santa Maria del Fiore, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Basilica di San Lorenzo and more.
The staff were friendly!
Room size was okay, enough for the 2 of us. The view from the Terrace and breakfast room is amazing!

"酒店距離佛羅倫薩中央車站約步行5分鐘，走路十幾米就是一家中餐廳串串香，我們吃了好幾次，味道還可以，距離50至100米有家樂福超市，以及網紅餐廳扎扎，晚上九點多還排着隊，走路至聖母百花教堂也就六七分鐘，酒店位置十分便利舒適。我們訂的四人間，房間面積適中，乾淨整潔，空調可能不是特別給力，還好房間有兩台風扇可以輔助，佛羅倫薩的天氣總體不是很熱，早上9點的風吹着還挺涼爽。早餐的房間比較小，品種簡單，也能吃飽，有雞蛋和牛角包，水果有兩種：蘋果和香蕉，還有其它幾種甜的麪包（會每天換個品種），咖啡、茶飲、果汁、可可，可以烤麪包，我們那天烤麪包吃，夾果醬、黃油和肉片，也很美味。酒店入住辦理時間在21點之前，如果晚於這個時間，需要和酒店先溝通，晚上前台沒人，有鑰匙可以從側門進入。以及，酒店的電梯比較特別，衹能到二樓，住在二樓以上房間的旅客需要自己把行李箱搬上樓。總體而言，居住體驗很舒適。"

Will come back if I visit again. Just that the WiFi is quite slow. And the water pressure is super low. It takes forever to wash my hair :(( But this is a nice hostel after all.

JJangusFirst of all, unbeatable price and location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed me the amenities and to my room. On the next day, there was another receptionist who was equally as helpful. She took the initiative to recommend as many sights, food, and even the oldest pharmacy in the world (circa 1221). I have attached what she highlighted to me.
If you’re a no-frills traveler who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is what you’ll be looking for.
One tip when locating the hostel, don’t expect a large sign; instead it has a nondescript door with other tenants on other floors.

Detta är det bästa vandrarhemmet jag någonsin bott på! Wow, jag måste ge det en bra recension! Det är väldigt rent och hygieniskt, och utrymmet är också väldigt stort. Det är väldigt rent och snyggt, jag måste ge det en bra recension. Jag kommer definitivt att bo här igen nästa gång jag kommer. Jag rekommenderar det starkt. Receptionen gav mig prioriterad incheckning, och serviceinställningen var mycket bra. Det är ett nyöppnat vandrarhem för par, och det finns också ett gym och bagageförvaring. Alla faciliteter är nya och fantastiska!

GGästanvändareI booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨

AAnonym användareHu Firenze Camping in Town is located at the outskirt of the city where you can see a lot of greenery. There is a bus you can use to travel to the major scenic spots, museums and the railway station. It is in itself a campsite for nature lovers to stay away from the hectic life in the city while it is quite close to the city centre. It has a mini market, several swimming pools and areas for camping. Some stayed in caravans while others can rent a ”tent”, which has a bathroom, air conditiioning, a fridge, a safe and a bed. You can rent a bicycle to cycle around the around. Everything is neat and tidy.

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
