Right in front of it the outside staircase leads to the upper floor. Underneath there is a small storage room, a protected area for the gas bottles and the supply line, a Sardinian washbasin with water connection and lighting and the hot water boiler standing on the wall. In the shady rear part of the courtyard the entrance door leads directly into the kitchen / dining room with fireplace. The kitchenette offers a lot of space and is very well equipped. Refrigerator with freezer compartment, double washbasin and oven are also available. On the right there is a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, window and mosquito protection. On the left is the bathroom with toilet, bathtub, bidet and small window. On the balcony with small terrace in the upper floor there are 2 separately usable and lockable double bed rooms each with cupboard or chest of drawers.
