"Beppu Hostel U&T is outstanding in many areas of the hospitality industry. The premise is squeaky clean, the Japanese style beds were comfy & snug. The staff were helpful, courteous & we noted went about their chores unintrusively. The coin-operated washing machines & driers were easy to operate. We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere in the common area & astonishing array of beverages provided free for guests. We liked it's central location just across from Beppu Tower & short walking distance to stores & cafes. Highly recommended!"

При заселении выдают юкату и набор гигиенических принадлежностей. Их можно обновлять каждый день пребывания.
Персонал вежливый, всегда готов прийти на помощь. Я случайно забыла ключ в номере, когда пошла налить кипяток, и мне без проблем помогли открыть дверь.
Очень вкусный питательный завтрак, здорово, что можно выбрать себе компоненты.
Онсен на крыше — крайне приятный бонус. После целого дня на ногах релакс в горячей воде — благость.
А ещё, несмотря на то, что отель находится прямо напротив станции, что очень удобно для путешествий, окна выходят на другую сторону, поэтому не слышно поездов. И вообще в номере тихо, очень хорошо отдыхать.
Из минусов: отсутствие в номере чайника и то, что при уборке забирают юкату.
В остальном всё чудесно, рекомендую!"

"한국인 평이 없어서 걱정이 앞섰지만, 벳푸역 코앞에 있다는 위치적 장점과 그럼에도 불구하고 주변이 조용하다는 후기에 예약하게 되었어요. 결론적으로는 정말 만족했습니다. 공간도 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 넓었고, 객실 수가 많지 않아서 온천을 이용하는 데에도 웨이팅이 전혀 없었어요. 원할 때 바로 바로 이용할 수 있어서 참 좋았습니다. 주인 분들도 무척 친절하시고, 아침식사도 정갈하게 잘 나와 정말 만족했습니다. 벳푸는 워낙 한국 관광객들이 많이 찾는 곳이라 곳곳에서 어렵지 않게 자주 만나게 되는데, 정갈한 료칸에서 한적하고 일본 느낌을 가득 느끼고 싶으신 분들은 이 료칸 추천합니다. :)"

"The staff is friendly and speaks English well; the place is quiet and cozy, and the location is perfect. It’s almost a distance to Beppu tourist attractions, especially the Beppu tower and Beppu JR stations. The hostel is also located near the port area, where you can relax and take a break.
The hostel also has a cafe, a spacious kitchen, and an artificial hot spring. Although some amenities are not included, you have to purchase them at the front desk, the accommodation cost is relatively cheap, so that’s okay. It's a good thing I have my own towels and other amenities.
I will definitely be back here when I return."

I have a short stay (unfortunately) at this hotel.
It was a short walk from Beppu Station, and nearby attractions also restaurant!
I am having so much fun strolling around the hotel!
Beppu tower is located like 5 minutes walk, the Donki store and my favourite restaurant Gusto also SUPER NEAR from the hotel!
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL AGAIN STAY AT THIS HOTEL!"

"The hotel is very good, room is clean and tidy, individual onsen is excellent.
The only point is the location will be a little bit far for travellers without cars, as hotel is on a hill slope, you will need to spend some efforts to go up, but the hotel quality worths this effort."

GGästanvändareThe people working here are so nice! I was able to drop my luggage off early before check-in which was sooo appreciated. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood close to the train station. It seems like a lot of the attractions are in Kannawa though which was a 30 minute bus ride away. The rooms were straightforward- one bathroom in the room, not as modern but clean. They provide slippers for your room, and there are privacy curtains around the bed. There’s a kitchen downstairs available to use.

GGästanvändareお湯・ロケーション最高です！また入りたいお湯です！地獄めぐりには最高のロケーションで、5ヶ所は歩いて行けます。地獄めぐりの駐車場はすごく混むので、宿に車を置いて歩いて行けるのはとても便利です。古い小さな旅館ですが、風情があって、好きな方はたまらないと思います。強いて言えば、敷布団がちょっと薄いかなと思います。

GGästanvändareWe stayed here as a couple and loved every moment. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and felt relaxing as soon as we walked in. After enjoying the private onsen bath made of wood and stone, we watched a movie on the projector while lying on the tatami, which felt so cozy and special.
The amenities were carefully selected and felt high-quality, adding to the relaxing stay. You can tell the host cares about every detail. If you want authentic Japanese experience with your partner, this place is a perfect choice.

GGästanvändare최근 한국인 리뷰가 많이 없어서 걱정이 많았어요. 처음 가는 일본여행이기도 하고, 벳푸는 꼭 가고 싶은데 어떤 숙소에서 지내야 할지 고민이 많았거든요. 위치는 보지도 않고 내부 사진만 보고 예약하게 된 숙소인데, 예약하고 보니 번화가와는 좀 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있어요! 하지만 벳푸에 가는 목적은 온천이었기에 숙소에서 도보거리고 온천을 이용할 수 있다는 것에 큰 메리트를 느꼈습니다.
숙소는 정말 깨끗하고, 아늑하고 근데 또 넓고 쾌적하고! 침대도 엄청 엄청 푹신해서 한번도 깨지 않고 아침까지 잘 잤어요! 또한 숙소가 언덕에 있어서 힘들다고 하는데, 어차피 여행은 도보의 연속이므로 오히려 일본에 시골 풍경도 느낄 수 있고 너무 좋았습니다!♥ 그리고 친절히 안내해 주신 호스트님 덕분에 정말 기분 좋았어요!
후쿠오카 여행을 간다면 꼭 벳푸를 한번더 갈 것이고, 다시 이 숙소를 방문할 의사가 있습니다! 행복한 추억을 선물해 주셔서 너무 너무 감사합니다 :-)

HHannah R CWe loved the Japanese style room with tatami mats, incredibly spacious room, amazing Japanese breakfast included in (low) price, great location that was walking distanc to Hyotan Onsen and the Beppu Jigoku (Hells of Beppu). The owner was super friendly and helpful and gave us a hand-drawn map of local onsens and restaurants.
To note: Showers were only 7.30-8.30am (same time as m breakfast at 7.30am) or 7-10pm in the evening, but you had to request to shower, because most people shower at the onsens instead.

SSay Lok FooVery spacious apartment, with single beds and 1 foldaway bed and 1 futon. Washing machine in balcony with lots of hangers to hang laundry. Bedroom has air conditioning and living area has a gas heater. The heated toilet seat was so nice on cold winter mornings. If you rent a car you have your own free parking bay. Easy to find with google maps but in and out is one way street. Very narrow roads.

После заселения переоделись в юкаты, но хозяйка решила, что обычная юката для жены слишком велика и достала другую, которую, вместе с поясом, красиво надела на жену. Очень благодарны за это. Кайсаки был очень приятный (две фото кайсеки, еще одно - с яичницей - завтрак). И то и то ели в номере. Онсенов 4 штуки - два внутренних (не ходили), два внешних (очень красивых). Мы забронировали один из внешних на час после ужина. Вода в онсен затекает очень горячая (98 градусов), ее надо периодически перемешивать и разбавлять холодной водой, если слишком жарко. В целом очень приличный рёкан, нам понравилось.

MMils CandyskinsThe staff are friendly and helpful. I was allowed to leave my luggage upon check out and still explore Beppu. The team even assisted me with taking my luggage to the front door.
Rooms are clean and equipped with a hairdryer, kettle and fridge.
There is a microwave near reception and there is laundry and dryer however you need to pay.
Please note, there is no lift, only stairs to the reception from the main road however the staff helped me carry my bag.
Location is a few minutes walk to Beppu station and buses therefor easy to get around.
Thank you for a pleasant stay! I will stay again when I return to Beppu!
