"A very pleasant visit to kind, simple and peaceful people. I like a lot the location of the homestay, out of the center, up hill, need to move your ass to reach it. The hottest onsen I’ve been haha but also the most comfy as it’s private. I miss Rum already, what a nice dog, same as all the staff. A really worthy stop in Hakone with local people who feel real in an area full of tourism. Thanks a lot for taking care of my bags after my check in, those gestures are the ones that really count!"

"Mycket nöjd, butiken kan kommunicera på kinesiska. Läget är mycket avlägset, på berget. Gå upp från Taoyuan Terrace och njut av 30 minuters aerobic träning. Det finns en japansk farbror i personalen som beskär grenarna Han har en liten bil Om det passar på arbetstid kan du kontakta ägaren i förväg och fråga om han kan ta dig upp och ner för berget Farbrorn är mycket entusiastisk och du kan chatta med honom. Och kom ihåg att ta med egen mat! Ingenting säljs på berget. Du kan bara köpa korv på Taoyuan Station. Det finns inga närbutiker. Om du inte köper mat kommer du att svälta ihjäl på natten. Det finns bara en varuautomat här. Du måste beställa frukost för 1 000 yen, vilket är så prisvärt. Efter att ha blötlagt i de varma källorna på morgonen åt jag en utsökt måltid. Tack för godbiten! "The hotel location was great. We were in Hakone for the Onsen (hotel springs), and the hostel was near a lot of them. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. The hostel also offered an interesting diner, but we haven't try it. The building and interior was looking very Japenese traditional. Much appreciated for an immersive experience in Japan!"

お客さんは欧米系の方と中華系の方が多く日本人は平日はあまりいないそうです。
温泉もあるし共同スペースも設備充実してました。
騒がしい人もいなくて静かに寝ることができました。

"非常驚喜的老店，雖然很多設備很有年代感，有些房間還沒有獨立衞生間，但是個人體驗下來，值得推薦入住，偶爾攜程撿漏，訂到了帶室內泡湯池和獨立衞生間的房間，每間房間名字不一樣，我們住的是千鳥，在2樓沒有電梯，衹能自己提行李上樓，空間很大，還有簡單河景風光。店家會在酒店門外寫上入住人員的姓名，從一開始就感受很棒，入店拖鞋寄存，需要用店內的拖鞋走動，有自助暢飲飲料和各種調味酒，大眾浴室外還有免費的冷飲。訂的是包含一日兩食的，會在2個時間段讓你選擇適合自己的用餐時間，建議訂，因為箱根很多店17點左右就閉店了，除了711和羅森，很難再覓食了，晚上的座位一旦固定下來，第二天的早飯也是同一個位置，不用擔心連住餐飲方便重複，他們會根據入住天數來安排不一樣的內容，晚餐時間有75分鐘的酒水暢飲，相當給力。店內有專用浴袍使用，但是綁帶在房間的籃子裏，同時籃子裏的毛巾是方便住客去大眾湯池使用的，由於湯池還原的是江户時代的，所以比較簡陋，沒有花灑，衹能舀水沖涼，因為下面的籠頭出得是冷水，所以如果帶室內湯池的，就可以不用去啦。交通方面，如果是箱根湯本站，可以出站過天橋到對面起點站坐登山巴士，到是上塔之澤站的就行，大概3站，記得到站前按下車門鈴，否則無人上車會不停，無論是刷卡還是周遊券，都需要上車刷卡或者出示周遊券，下車再次刷卡或者出示周遊券，記得伊豆巴士無法使用周遊券。由於山路崎嶇險峻，很多地方人行困難，所以儘量坐車，不要徒步。記得拍一下發車時間，避免錯過或者長時間等待。箱根熱鬧的地方除了大部分景點外，就屬箱根湯本站外的温泉街商店了，大部分17點開始關門，所以需要逛街的記得早點去。"

"Cómodo hostel a poca distancia de la Estación de Gora. Cálido ambiente. Con muchas áreas comunes para distintos gustos y necesidades. El hostel en general estaba limpio. Pero la habitación tenía mal olor.
Si bien, el hostel estaba bien para la categoría de lo que es, resultó caro; es decir, no tiene buena relación calidad precio para la zona (por el mismo o menos valor, se consigue mejor nivel de alojamiento, con onsen (hot springs) y spa en ellos"

"Amazing experience in this ryokan! Felt very warmly welcomed by the owner who would come out to send us off or receive us when we entered or exited. Also received a welcome cake from him!
Rooms were comfortable and the private onsen experience was really luxurious. Easy drive out to see the attractions we wanted to in Hakone."

GGästanvändare☀️ When i first arrived, i thought i was at the wrong place - i‘ve never booked something so nice for myself before!
🪲PROS
- chill 4 people bedrooms, with a comfy bed and a big personal shelf + locker and a fridge for the room
- clean facilities and rooms
- towel, toothpaste/toothpaste and yukata were provided as well as shampoo and showergel
- the common room was so cozy and nice, with tea and water always at the ready and a great view of the garden
- i was satisfied with both the dinner and breakfast and the price was fairly cheap (~1200¥ or a bit more, depending on your choices)
- PRIVATE ONSEN that you can book for around 50minutes at night and can use in the morning if nobody else is already using it (costs around 150¥ per use)
- there is a shuttle bus going at pretty regular times in the morning. They offer a ride to both Gora-Station or Hakone-Open-Air-Museum!

🌱 i really enjoyed my stay. I had cool roomies that became travel companions and absolutely loved the inn, the onsen, the food and the kind staff!
Definitely a recommendation if you ever decide to stay in Hakone - i would book again!

The heater is not function well even though we already asked for help, we feel cool at the mid night, but the service is good. It a quite and peaceful place, if the heater function well then I think is perfect

GGästanvändareThis is the first time I've stayed in a hostel with an onsen! The onsen while small, does the job, and the outdoor onsen was really peaceful at night. I booked a queen bed for 2 people and it was spacious enough for me to hold all my belongings. Hostel staff were really friendly as well.
One thing to note though is if you're planning to stay here, getting here from Hatsune-Yumato station requires a very steep climb up the road and a trek through the forest, so do NOT attempt to walk here yourself! Take the K-line bus instead, which drops you 100m away from the hostel.

GGästanvändare非常好的和式旅館體驗！位置導航box burger的話並不難找，離車站也不算很遠，衹是看上去有點偏而已。酒店自己的温泉也很舒服，早餐很好吃，隔音效果也比想象中好。唯一就是洗手間比較少，用起來可能會有點不方便。
還有記得試試box burger的漢堡，超級無敵好吃！

GGästanvändare第一次自由行去日本，想體驗和式住宿，網上找了很多，日式房間外面有植物的一般都幾千塊人民幣，而且得好幾個月前預訂。找到這家真的讓我偷笑，符合我的預期，日式房間，外面是樹林，孩子帶温泉，東西配置很齊全。有一點是日式房間隔音差一點，隔壁有個白人小寶哭，聽的很清楚。但就哭了一會兒，其他時候都非常安靜。出門在外，大家之間都很有禮貌，很親和。上週剛去，下午6點多就天黑了，下午3點開始辦理入住，所以計劃好時間，天亮的時候去附近便利店轉轉，也有本地人開的餐廳，飯不錯，也不貴。專門拍了很多照片，分享給大家，希望對大家有幫助。我定的房間不帶早餐，裏面有餐廳可以另外點餐。這是温泉鎮，過去的話我們先玩，然後坐公交過去的，下了公交走幾分鐘很快就到了。

EErick858Nestled in a peaceful corner of Mt. Hakone, yet conveniently connected by bus, only a 5-10 mins walk. This charming little hotel offered an unforgettable immersion into Japanese culture, complete with tatami-matted floor, soft futon bedding and soothing onsen. With it's effortless check in and out, it's perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and authenticity without sacrificing to much convenience.
Pros: If you plan to visit the Hakone pirate ship and the Hakone ropeway at Togendai, it will give you an early start because it's only 11 minutes by bus.
Con: To get to the hotel you will need to go up a little hill, not too hard, but if you have a lot of luggage it could be a bit of a challenge (But it's an easy walk back to the bus stop)
Be mindful of the bus time getting to the hotel as the bus tends to end around 5:00 p.m.
Also, there aren't any places to eat near the hotel, so you may need to take food with you, order breakfast with the hotel or buy some snacks and instant noodles from the hotel shop.

HHerriesThis is our 1st onsen experience. The hotel room had a very traditional Japanese design. A private toilet is attached in the room. Able to see Mt Fuji from the room. Shower is at the onsen area. Staffs is friendly & able to speak English. Not too far from the cable car station.

GGästanvändareA nice cozy home right near the main train station. Easy access to transportation and right in the heart of the town. The house had many beds to choose from and good separation of rooms. A stocked kitchen and laundry machine was a bonus. The only slight bother was that the space in front of the toilet was very narrow and it was slightly uncomfortable to be on the toilet. Also there are cockroaches that come in at night, but this is fairly normal in Japan. The walk up to the house consists of many stairs and is not suitable for persons with handicaps/mobility issues.

Aada.tungNos encantó este hotel, es mucho más mono en la realidad que en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Tienen baños de uso privado, dos interiores y dos exteriores. Muy limpios y con todo lo necesario (gel, champú, acondicionador, secador de pelo, etc.). No tuvimos ningún problema para usarlos ya que siempre había uno libre. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de las otras habitaciones pero los huéspedes son respetuosos. El personal muy servicial también. Puedes coger prestado zapatillas, yukatas (estos también para ir al baño exterior), paraguas, y tomar agua fría o caliente y té.
La habitación tenía mesa, un balconcito con nevera, otra mesa junto a la ventana y lavabo. No pasamos nada de frío ya que había muchísimas mantas y una bomba de aire. También televisor y deshumificador, aunque no los usamos.
Algunos comentarios dicen que la ubicación no es muy buena o que no hay restaurantes alrededor. Para nosotros la ubicación era correcta ya que está bien conectado a 2 minutos de las paradas de buses y tren. Había un restaurante justo enfrente pequeñito pero muy rico y bien de precio que abre hasta las 10 pm.
Teniendo en cuenta que era de las opciones más baratas en Hakone para las fechas y con la posibilidad de disfrutar de onsen de forma privada, nos pareció que estaba muy muy bien.
