"This hotel is beyond my imagination. OMG ! The place was so amazing I chose Chalet with my family member 8 persons. They really in love with the place and all speak the same that we will definitely come back again ! The owner has a service to bring you to the supermarket at 4 pm everyday. That's awesome we can do cooking and enjoy precious meals with our family. There are not many houses here so it is the best option for anyone who looking for the cozy places and can also enjoy the wonderful snowy view. Thank you Ms. Hana to take care of us along the stay ! :)))"

"Wonderful Stay at Garden Pension Obogurgl
We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm.
Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice.
We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice."

"I made a reservation to stay on the first day of my arrival at the airport, but I couldn't make it in time because the bus to Hakuba had already left. I tried to contact the hotel but couldn't reach the staff. The staff at Trip.com contacted me and said that they couldn't contact the hotel either, so I had to cancel the hotel without getting a refund."

"Great boutique hotel right beside Happo Bus Terminal. Newly renovated/built with beautiful decor & rooms. There was a sakura tree just outside our window & alps view out another window.
Lawsons & a public bath just across the road + shuttle bus service to both Goryo & Happo resorts.
It was pretty empty as it was Spring but the views in the area was still breathtaking. Highly recommended for Golden Week travels!"

Situated in the tranquil forests of Hakuba, relaxing hotel bathed in sunshine streaming through leaves and flowers.
"民宿內部總體非常乾淨，公共區域裝修佈置的非常温馨，一樓大廳有木炭火爐，可在爐邊沙發休憩，非常愜意，民宿整體有一種復古木質別墅的感覺。
房間都在二樓，需要把自己的行李搬上去（沒電梯），房間面積小，房間內十分温暖，總體比較乾淨，但時不時會有蟲子出現（遇到三衹）。住在民宿的時候，比較適合在一樓大廳區域活動（比較舒適）。
但民宿沒有獨立衞生間和浴室，都是公用的，對於住慣酒店的人會不太習慣。
民宿有兩個公共浴室，需要填表預約使用，每個浴室都有淋雨和湯池，整體很乾凈，由於店內房間不多，因此也不會有排隊洗澡的情況。
但民宿的公共衞生間的清掃打理還有待改進，二樓的男廁馬桶有些漏水，而且廢紙簍也沒定期清理。相較浴室，公共衞生間使用起來還是不太方便，會有多人撞車的情形。
民宿老闆夫婦待人接物都很熱情，響應及時，但老闆夫婦英語一般，因此大多數時候交流需要翻譯軟件，會花費不少時間。
想去五龍/47雪場的可以問民宿老闆買優惠雪卡，6000日元/天，比雪場買便宜很多，另外民宿租雪具也很便宜。
民宿旁的hotel oak tree（走路過去5分鐘）是個免費巴士站點，有不少去各雪場的免費大巴，但需要注意時間表（民宿裏有），大巴發車時段有限，錯過就沒車了。其他交通方式就是打車，但白馬打車並不容易，經常沒車（價格貴是其了）。"

GGästanvändareit was an excellent service from the host, fluent in english and he even pick us up and drove us to the station. the villa gave us a magical experience, everything was top notch. and also important thing is the location, if you plan to go to iwatake snowpeaks then komakusa villa is the best place to stay, just 1 minute walk and you can see the gondola from the room. thankyou yutaka fukushima
